NEW RENTAL Walk In - One Level - Pet Friendly
3 bedroom, 3 bath with some of the most gorgeous long range mountain views and sunsets in western North Carolina.

Please know that this rental is for lodging only. You will not have access to any of the clubs amenities. You MUST complete two additional forms to grant you access into the gate before your reservation can be finalized.

Located inside the beautiful, upscale gated community of Mountain Air Country Club. Walk to nearby hiking trails or find your way to any of the six parks located within the community. Be on the lookout for Deer and other wildlife while on your search.

For more adventure, take a drive to Mount Mitchell, the highest mountain east of the Mississippi. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Gorge or, perhaps, Sliding Rock and Wolf Ridge Ski and Tubing Resort..

Visit the eclectic city of Asheville with all of its amazing restaurants and shops. Take the city tour or head over to The Biltmore all within a 40 minute drive.

For those days when staying home sounds good, stream your favorite shows on one of the three ROKU TV's.

The Logging Horse Condos sits at approximately 4500 foot elevation. With new appliances and fully stocked kitchen, as well as a gas grill, on the deck, can be a chefs dream. Come to Mountain Air. You'll never want to leave.

Perfect any time of year

The pictures do not do it justice and the community was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better layout and view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and we cooked at home most nights. The host was so good at communication. We had a small issue with AC and our host alerted us before we even knew. Had it fixed in no time. I recommend highly.

5* Views and more!

Our stay at Mountain Air exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances, cookware, etc. we’ve never rented a condo before now, only houses, and we loved it. Having the family all on one level made for great quality time together. This condo doesn’t have stairs to enter either which was perfect for our matriarch. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and beds. The additional tv on the screened porch makes for a good place to watch football and the covered porch was where we drank our coffee. You cannot find a better view than this condo. The large windows in the master and family room cannot be beat for unobstructed mountain views. We love Burnsville for dining and local shopping. Our family certainly hopes to return to stay here again! Thank you Norma!

Relaxing in Luxury

We greatly enjoyed our trip to the mountains and our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group that spanned 1 to 65 years old. The weather turned bitterly cold during our stay but the condo had enough space and comfy places to take in the gorgeous views. We did not make the trip down the mountain to Asheville since it was a 40 minute drive. However, the roads were well maintained and the community had several vehicles ready to clear the roads. The house was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare meals. Everyone especially loved the heated fans and floors in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have the fireplaces functional, but everything else was in working order. The owner was very thorough in her instructions and was readily available during our stay. Thank you Norma for providing a wonderful experience!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Plain and simple... THE VIEWS! While I also love the floor plan I can stare out the windows for hours. The starry nights...looking down at the clouds in the morning....and did I mention the magical sunsets?
I also wanted to be close to Asheville to take advantage of this beautiful city and all the amazing restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love snuggling up in front of the fireplace on the deck with a hot cup of coffee or a good glass of wine and I never want to leave. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and take in the views. Of course, the cute little town of Burnsville is close by for a walk about or the grocery store is just 15 minutes away.
