Évadez-vous dans les montagnes Ă  ce condo joliment dĂ©corĂ© et confortable dans la charmante Burnsville. Les chiens sont les bienvenus !! Ce condo est entiĂšrement meublĂ© et offre tous les conforts de la maison. La maison est situĂ©e dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e de Mountain Air et est trĂšs privĂ©. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le porche et profiter de ce quartier, mĂȘme quand il pleut ou qu'il neige. TrĂšs belles vues de la copropriĂ©tĂ© et une vue imprenable du haut de la montagne. Des sentiers de randonnĂ©e sont disponibles pour l'accĂšs dans le quartier, mĂȘme Ă  quelques pas seulement de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. Parcs relaxants sont disponibles pour une utilisation tout au long de la montagne.

Deux chambres:
Master Suite avec lit Queen, tables de chevet, accÚs à la véranda. Une salle de bain double vasque avec baignoire sur pattes et se tenir debout douche séparée. Shampoing et du savon fourni.

DeuxiĂšme chambre avec 2 lits simples. Salle de bains avec baignoire / douche combo et Ă©vier.

Salon ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger. CanapĂ©s confortables pour se dĂ©tendre. La cuisine a tout ce que vous devez attendre de votre cuisine Ă  la maison, y compris une machine Ă  cafĂ©, casseroles / poĂȘles, ustensiles et rĂ©cipients de stockage.

Le ski en hiver est proche Ă  Wolf Ridge. RandonnĂ©e Ă  Linville Falls, Crabtree Falls, et le mont Mitchell et l'accĂšs Ă  la Blue Ridge Parkway sont Ă  moins d'une heure de route. Grande pĂȘche Ă  la mouche peut ĂȘtre trouvĂ© autour de Burnsville et Spruce Pine rĂ©gion. Parcours de golf sont situĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© au Mont Mitchell Golf Course et Grassy Creek Golf Course.

Great Condo with an awesome view. Condo is well maintained and the owner does a great job of communicating in advance of arrival. Well stocked with the necessities of life. I would definitely stay there again.

A Mountain Dream

What an incredible place to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views are absolutely stunning and every possible amenity is provided for a comfortable stay. Short drives to asheville and the parkway. Whenever we make our next trip to the area, sooner rather than later, Mountain Air is where we'll be staying.

Very Comfortable Living Space, Lovely View!

Just returned from a weekend at this condo. The condo was great - comfortable beds, living space was perfect for 2 couples. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks for sharing!

Lovely but filthy

Lovely place that has a mouse problem. Droppings in the couches, my bed and in some of the kitchen drawers. Great place to hike.

Fall Retreat

Although we had a couple challenges upon check-in, Kristin was extremely responsive. The unit was cozy and offered all of the comforts of home including a great fireplace and an exquisite mountain view. This was a perfect time of year to visit as the fall foliage was so vibrant. We greatly appreciated the opportunity and would recommend to our friends and family. If you are looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly disconnect, look no further.

The perfect treehouse in the mountains!

My family and I were visiting colleges in North Carolina and drove from Miami, Florida. After a couple nights in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, we wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains with a nice view. Well - this condo exceeded all our expectations and was exactly what we were hoping for. Beautiful Mountain View’s, peaceful and quiet, safe, secluded, and it made us feel like we were in an amazing treehouse in the mountains. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Christmas Get-away

This was my second time to rent this property and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The condo is perfect: well laid-out, perfectly furnished and the kitchen is wonderfully appointed. And, THE VIEW. Wow. It is just gorgeous. Kristin is a wonderful host and quick to respond to questions. The Mountain Air community is very rustic, yet manicured and well cared for. This was a perfect place to celebrate Christmas but I'd go anytime to just relax and recharge.

Great view and comfortable

We stayed at this Mountain Air condo for a quick family getaway weekend. Kristin made the reservation process super easy and she welcomed our small dog also. We arrived late on Friday evening and the gate attendant was super friendly - we were tired after traveling at the end of our work day and this brought a smile to our faces. Comfortable beds and nice towels were very welcoming. The view from the condo is truly beautiful. We hiked the short trails (accessible from the parking lot!) with our kids and dog. And for more scenic trails, the BRP and Mt Mitchell are 30-45 min away. We discovered a beautiful falls with an easy hike at Roaring Fork Falls (30 min drive and .5 mile walk in). Several restaurants to choose from in Burnsville or ample kitchen supplies to stay in and cook with a view. :)

Perfect!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was the most wonderful get-away spot! The two bedrooms are both a generous size and the living room has a huge window looking out towards the mountains. Exactly what we wanted! The kitchen was well-supplied and plenty of counter space. I can't wait to go back! The condo is high up on the side of a mountain, in the last unit so there is extra privacy. The gated community is very well maintained and when we got snow, crews had been up and out salting and plowing by 7:00am! The grounds are gorgeous and the security at the front of the neighborhood gave us an extra feeling of being safe. We went to The Biltmore one day, an easy drive. We really didn't venture out more than that because of Covid, five inches of snow and just wanting to relax in the condo. This was the perfect place to kick back!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The condo unit is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The mountain view is extraordinary. The host is so very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here very much! A few things to note: You must sign an agreement to not use the Mountain Air facilities. This condo is in the mountains. The road is well-maintained but be careful driving! The unit is down a flight of stairs so be prepared to carry your stuff. This unit is dog-friendly and there was some dog hair on the couch that we had to vacuum off.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

The condo is so cozy and can’t beat the view! Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace came on with a flip of a switch so that was convenient. The water closet in master bath was very cold but that was the design of the condo not owners fault. Kristen was easy to communicate with and helpful!

Third time is still the charm

This is the third time I've stayed at this lovely condo with its welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views. My daughter and I came for a long weekend for her birthday and, while I would have been happy to have spent every minute lounging around on the couch watching movies, reading, and enjoying the gorgeous view, she wanted to get out and explore a bit. Downtown Burnsville is just a few minutes away, so we did a little shopping, a little eating, and I still managed to get in some good couch time too. I love staying here and hope to come back again!

Beautiful mountain retreat perfect for every occasion

This mountain lodge unit was perfect for our weekend trip. Has beautiful views of the mountains. And the community that this condo is in is absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely return. I also want to thank Kristin the owner. She was very responsive and helpful. She made the whole process very easy.

Wonderful time.

The condo was easy to find and spacious enough for my wife and I. The view from the deck was spectacular, and the fall colors were everywhere. Burnsville is a very small town short on restaurants but there are a couple that were nice. Overall a great experience.

Great location & beautiful views!

Well maintained condo with great mountain views. All the things you need to stay, cook meals and enjoy family time. We especially loved the deck, fireplace, large master bath and hiking trails close by.
