We upgraded to a four bedroom with property manager. The Villas have very easy parking (with shade). Short walk to all the stuff to do including the beach.

Amazing family fun

Our family had tons of fun staying here. Many pool options and the water park was great not only for the kids but adults too. The villa was well equipped with all necessities. To get to all the amenities was less than a minute drive and there was plenty of parking. Great location with tanger down the street and other shopping centers.

Nice place everything is right there by the villa

Everything was close to villa volleyball courts for kids ocean, pools.family had a good time.golf cart place is a rip off all old carts they charge way to much for the week for old beat up golf carts.u should be able to rent golf carts from anywhere not just Kingston.the villa was nice had few things that needed fixed but nothing that was major just maintenance door handles falling off popcorn ceilings off and the stove was not very good actually had cockroaches living inside the oven didn’t notice that until last night other than that nice week away weather was great very pleased and will book again in the future but def not a golf cart!and will check oven for cockroaches living inside it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken blinds, dangerous hair dryer, towels with dried ,gray paint all over, and moldy bathroom vents. Kitchen flooring coming up. Pictures available if needed. Also Hilton will not recognize the stay in regards to a stay for points. Going round and round with them. Overall we did have a great vacation themunot just needs some updates.

Condo needs update

Condo has seen it's share of ware and tear. Dinning room chairs are loose and missing straps on 4 of the 6 (on top). Bathroom door in bed room with 2 Queens falling apart on the bottom. Had to have maintenance come in a fix bed (king) nuts had fallen off legs (rear). Shower door in bedroom with king door seal on backwards.

Broken and Dirty

Entire Family had to wait until after the check-in time to obtain access to room. This was all when we arrived! Landing at the bottom of steps boards were lifted. Grandson tripped first time we entered. Place is filthy dirty. Vomit on back of bathroom door. Mildew on shower curtain. Carpet filthy in Living area. Rusty fireplace. Killed 2 cockroaches in Living room around couch. Under coach is all kinds of dirt and food - still there. Coffee Pot spout broken. Dishwasher broken. No AC in 1 bedroom - a fan was in place - know issue. Front windows filthy dirty on outside. Bulb out in Dining area. Found above without looking or trying. Back Patio Door Latch defective. Difficult to latch and to ensure its latched. Place was expensive for a facility that is rundown and dirty. I didn't want to ruin my family vacation and reported what I found to management. I stayed at Kingston last year in Glochester and it was amazing. This year Richmond 3D. Absolutely Horrible

Enough beds for our family of 6!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place that would ensure everyone had their own bed and this place for the bill. The cabinets were well stocked with newer items. The dishwasher didn’t work which was unfortunate but staff responded promptly to our call for service—I’m sure the owners will replace it quickly. Loved the bakers rack for groceries. Washer and dryer worked well! This was very close to beach and pools and easier to access than elevator properties. View our large slider was of the trees, peaceful. Only comment to owner would be possibly label the light switches/ensure they turn on a light when flipped. We fumbled around in all the rooms to see when we arrived. Overall very nice, very comfortable stay for a week. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I have to say the Courtney and Charlene are the nicest property managers we have ever met and we have met plenty. They took better care of us than we would have ever expected. The condo was great, close to all the pools and beach without having to be in a high rise. Plenty of parking and a full kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast to save us from paying for it. We never go back to the same place but we will absolutely come back here.
