This newly remodeled condo puts the "BRIGHT" in Brighton! It is termed "oceanside", but our guests will enjoy a direct ocean view. The 7th floor is perfect for people who like a better view but don't want to be too high. The photos are pretty great, but still won't do justice as to how really magnificent this condo is.
This is a private residence that sleeps 10, with 3 private bedrooms/3 baths, 2 of which are en-suites, and a sleeper sofa.
Within a beach front gated community. This particular condo is located in an oceanfront condo complex. The owners put extra special care into the design of this condo. Beautiful tile with unique mosaics throughout. Plenty of room in the master for 2 to get ready for that special night.
You will have the entire condo, around 2200 square feet to enjoy.
You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.
****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts.****

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.
During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.
Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
