Everything you need in a great location!

Property manager was super responsive and kind, and the property itself was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near food, shopping, and entertainment. The amenities are great, and the oversized patio was wonderful. Great family spot—would certainly visit again/recommend!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway, from our own private beaches to us having restaurants and shops just a few steps away! The room was perfect for me and my husband, had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect condo for family of 4!

We had an amazing time and loved the condo! It was super clean and easy access to all that Baytown Warf and Sandestin have to offer! Perfect amount of space for 2 kids and 2 adults. The host was very fast to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend booking here!

Nice little room.

It was a nice clean room. Good location in Destin. Lots to do just a short walk away. We didnt even have to get in the car if we didnt want. The grounds are pretty and well kept. I got all the codes before i got there so it made the check in process easier. Id suggest giving the guests a map.

Roomy efficiency

Great location in Baytown Wharf with access to everything. Place is in great shape but it’s time to upgrade the patio furniture. Parking can also get a little frustrating and always involves walking a good bit (garage is disconnected from condo).

Quick little getaway

I usually stay beach front anytime we go to the ocean but booked last minute and couldn’t find affordable options. We chose this little gem based on reviews and affordability. The hotel is charming! The location is great. Parking was a bit annoying as the garage has the tiniest spaces to park in but it was doable. There is a shuttle that will take you to the beach. The wharf is right by the hotel and has great shops and restaurants. Overall it was a great stay!

Great place to stay. Space was just as listed on the website. There was plenty on room for the 2 of us and the balcony was especially nice. Only issue we had was parking. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

Cool Experience

Nice location in a quiet area. The condo was nice, looked like the pictures and was clean. The only negative was the shower kept flooding, and didn't properly drain. Other than that....a great experience.
