Newly Built Cabin with a 2.5 acre Lake on 120 Acres of Private Land

Peaceful and soothing view of small lake. Large screen porch. Large tv with WiFi, streaming, in cozy den area. You can fish ,swing, hike or just sit in peace. Grill out or eat n town. 5 minutes away!! Only a 20 minute drive to Oxford for ball games. 1/4 mile off hwy 6 and less than 10 minute drive from I55.

Stocked with largemouth bass and bream. Come have a fantastic time.

With only 640 square feet this little cabin feels so much bigger. The king size bed and a twin bunk bed are super comfortable. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette. The screen porch is 12 x 40 with seating and swing.

The cabin has a microwave, hot plate, toaster, refrigerator, and a Blackstone gridle for outside cooking.

Some fishing equipment is provided for guest.

Trails cut throughout the property for use most of the year.

Peaceful

Second time staying here. Looking forward to our next time here. Secluded yet close to town, enjoy hanging out on the desks, enjoying the sunrise and moonrise over the lake. It is just peaceful.

Properly # 2621674 two bedroom cabin near Sardis Lake

The property was wonderful and our hostess Kay was very helpful. The cabin was extremely clean and the views were wonderful. The trails around the cabin were perfect for hiking or bike riding. I will definitely plan on returning and recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a get away

Peaceful, relaxing getaway

Peace and quiet at its best. The property was as described(read description). Very clean and secured, yet close to everything you could need. Enjoyed the sunrises over the lake and sitting on the patios talking with family. Did a little fishing and caught a few, which was surprising in the 101 heat of Mississippi summer. The A/C inside the house was a great retreat during the mid day heat, for watching a movie on any streaming service or scrolling the internet with great WiFi service. I cannot say enough good about this place. Beds were the best, need to ask MS.Kay what brand they are. And MS. Kay was so quick to respond to all our questions and recommended all the great places to eat and see. If you are looking for peace, quiet, relaxing getaway this is the place. Almost no bugs at all outside, which was surprising, the outside was also clean and well kept. Take walks around the lake , on the trails. It was just great. We will be back and hopefully a longer stay. Again thank you MS. Kay for everything and sharing your place.

Secluded cabin with pond and land

Gated land with long unpaved driveway that arrives at rustic comfortable cabin with grassy clearing/lawn with large pond. You can relax quietly or have a lot of fun at this property with plenty of privacy. Basic kitchenette is serviceable and all we needed. Especially since the outdoor griddle is so cool to use. I will be buying one. The instant hot water heaters are modern and work very well. I want them at my house now. Although it feels like you are far away in the woods actually if you want it a lot of shopping and dining is 5-10 minutes away if desired. Hope to return. Thanks

Peaceful Getaway

Very peaceful, beautiful place if you want to get away from it all. Very little to no cell phone service so you really can relax.

Excellent Stay for Sardis, Enid, or Grenada Fishing

Listing says 1 bathroom but it has 2 which was a great surprise. I took the boys on a fishing trip with Barton Outfitters in MS and wanted to find a place close to the interstate that we could fish any of the big 3 lakes without a crazy drive. This cabin was just five minutes from wal-mart and restaurants. It was comfortable for all 4 of us with individual beds for each of us. The back porch is screened in and is stocked with fishing gear or anything you need. Internet speed was good enough for my teenagers to play online. The property is beautiful, secluded, but right in the mix. Def will stay again

Peace and quiet!

If you are looking for a relaxation weekend this is your place!!! My husband and I enjoyed our relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit, porch sitting and walks around the lake. We will definitely be back to stay!

Beautiful property

This property was perfect for a quiet getaway! The cabin which sits on the lake was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed fly fishing in the lake, cooking and eating on the large screened porch and taking our dog on hikes. Beautiful property! We would definitely stay there again.

we built this small cabin as a personal getaway and have been doing airbnb rental in our home town for a couple of years. We decided to put this cabin up for rental because it's a great location and so peaceful. We are a retired older couple who enjoy life with tennis, horses, pickleball and golf and grandchild. So, we don't have a lot of time to spend at the cabin., It is designed for one to four people who don't want to cook but just have a great place to stay for a short visit.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This cabin is located close to Oxford, I55, Sardis Lake, Batesville, and an easy drive to get to Ole Miss campus. Hwy 6 is just a 2 minute drive away once you leave our property. Also we have a remote controlled gate opener for easy of entry and security once you are on the property.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is not a boring hotel room and it is secure and safe. Why look at 4 walls when you can sit on the porch and swing and watch the water, the deer, and even an eagle occasionally fly by. Or take a hike around the small lake on maintained trails.
