Later, dip in one of the sparkling pools, heating during winter time, or play a rewarding round on the links-style course. On-site eateries and concierge services add to the luxurious experience. At the end of the day, kick back on your spacious covered deck. Highlights inside include upscale furnishings, a modern kitchen, and high ceilings that allow for an abundance of Texas sunshine.

Kick back on a queen sofa bed and armchairs and watch shows on the 75-inch TV equipped with a Bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer speaker. Home chefs will be delighted to find quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for five. Serve festive meals at the eight-seat dining table.

The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom also has a 43-inch smart TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The snug fourth bedroom offers a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and direct outdoor access. A half bath adds convenience.

Gather on the covered deck to admire the views of the golf course. A wooden bench invites you to relax with a cold drink. Enjoy all of the cooking/grilling equipment this him has to offer including a gas grill, charcoal grill, blackstone outdoor griddle and large 7 quart air fryer.

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent -- visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game!


THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
