Welcome to Happy Ours, your perfect Port Aransas getaway in the exclusive Mustang Royale neighborhood. This beautiful coastal home is located next door to the community swimming pool and offers golf cart accessible boardwalk access to the beach, making it easy to spend your days in the sand and your evenings relaxing in comfort.
Step inside and feel the instant shift into vacation mode. Happy Ours was designed for families and friends to gather, unwind, and truly enjoy island life. The main home features a large open floor plan that connects the kitchen and living space, creating the ideal setup for group meals, movie nights, and quality time together.
Upstairs, you will find three comfortable private bedrooms, including two queen master bedrooms that share an ensuite full bathroom, plus a king master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom includes a smart TV for easy relaxing after a day at the beach.
One of the best features of Happy Ours is the detached apartment, offering extra space and privacy for additional guests. This separate area includes a full bathroom, a twin over twin bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. Connecting the main home and detached apartment is an open breezeway with a picnic table and BBQ pit, creating the perfect spot to grill, dine, and enjoy the coastal breeze.
Whether you are soaking up the sun by the pool, heading to the beach for the day, or enjoying the outdoor gathering space at home, Happy Ours is the kind of place you will want to return to year after year.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
A copy of driver's license is required to receive check in instructions.
Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

GOLF CART RENTALS

Do not forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking. Must request 48 hours or more prior to your arrival. We are your one stop shop. It is the best way to experience island life and enjoy fun, easy beach access.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A two-night minimum stay is required.
Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
