Sit on the porch and admire Silver Lake at this family friendly beach house which offers a great location and comfort in Belmar!
This Belmar 4 bedroom, 2 bath, plus a bonus room has so much! See the dream location in the prettiest part of Belmar. The porch overlooks the lake, is less than a 10 min walk to the beach and has a wonderful playground within a minute’s walk (500feet ). The house is newly furnished to sleep 10 and is full of amenities and household items you’ll enjoy your whole stay. Bedrooms have tables/desks and/or chairs. The home is stocked with everything you need from linens to beach towels, fully stocked entertaining dishes, new cookware, toaster, appliances, and more. The house is flexible for multigenerational families, two families, multiple couples. There is an addition queen pull out in the family room ( brand new). We have books, games and more for your family get together.

House conveniently has a detached 3 car garage and additional 3 spaces in the driveway, a rarity in Belmar. A large bonus room is part of this wonderful property.

Excellent month down the shore

This was our second year spending a summer month in this house, and it was an even better one than last year. The front porch is a jewel - great place to watch the sunrise and relax in the evenings. Walkable to both the beach and the Belmar downtown while being quietly removed from both.

East coast vacation.

We’ve been visiting the jersey shore for a few years, and this, by far, has been our most accommodating rental. We loved the neighborhood, the house was spacious and we spent every night gathered on the front porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay

My wife, 2-year-old daughter, and I had a fantastic stay of almost a month at this Belmar house. We loved early mornings and dusk on the front patio looking out over the lake with the beach in the visible distance. Fourth of July fireworks were spectacular to watch right from the porch. It was great having the large garage for bikes, strollers, beach gear, etc, and the loft above the garage was a bonus discovery and became a play area for the little one. Could walk to Main Street for breakfast in the mornings and ice cream at night. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location for Family Time

Amazing location to the Belmar beach with the added bonus of being right on lovely Silver Lake. Nicely renovated home, our family of 4 adults and an infant were comfortable. The front porch is a highlight. FYI, the bonus room mentioned is above the garage, which is in a separate structure behind the house.

Fantastic Lakefront Stay in Belmar

We loved this beach house and this pretty town. The house looks just like the pictures, and was perfect for my family of adults, teens, and little kiddos. The house was clean and very comfortable, and had everything you’d need on a vacation. Our family loved the large kitchen which was the fully stocked kitchen supplies and appliances. Our favorite part of our stay was hanging out on the lovely porch for some pre-dinner drinks. Plus, the house was right across the street from the playground and the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive, and made the check in process so easy. Another plus was that we had a few different family members come at different times and we had no trouble parking our 3 cars! Will definitely be planning another trip here!

Breezy Belmar Beach House

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful beach house for a couple weeks. The accommodations were incredible. Only a short walk to the beach and we loved running around the lake. But the porch was the highlight of our trip. Spent many mornings and nights enjoying the beautiful view and the amazing breeze. We will be back next year for sure!! .

Perfect

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. It was approximately 9 minute walk to the beach and even closer to Main Street. The home was stocked with lots of household items that one usually forgets to bring on vacation. House was clean and kitchen fully functional. The grill was used for most dinners and having access to the garage made life easier to manage all the beach items. Only two items of note: the first floor was a bit warm as th air conditioning was great down there. And secondly would be an outdoor shower would have been very useful.

We fell in love with the porch and lake in this convenient and comforatble home. It's fully updated and renovated but maintains touches like original glass doorknobs. House is furnished with 'nice to haves' like dishes to entertain, appliances, great cookware and more. Each room offers space by the window to sit and relax or work as needed. House is comfortable for multigeneration or couples plus kids.
