This beautiful townhouse is a gem in the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast where all townhouses, condos, apartments, and villas are individually owned. It is a nicely decorated two-story townhouse, suitable for families or couples.

The top floor has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area has a fully equipped kitchen With Air Fryer. Living and dining room with sofa bed and with a half bath and washer and dryer.

There is a free parking space for 1 car at this property and a quaint backdoor patio with an electric BBQ area to enjoy with friends and family. This is a self-catering vacation property. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, but we do not provide umbrellas.

Just steps away from beautiful 3x communal pools and social areas.

Gold Coast residences feature 24-hour security. Not more than 3 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. The townhouse is a short drive as well to the high-rise hotel and entertainment area, and local restaurants and casinos.

The best place to stay . Close to golf (across from Tierra del sol ) 3 minute ride to Arashi beach. Close to sopranos bar and Giannis restaurants. Gold Coast best place we will stay again !

Great rental, friendly neighbors.

This townhouse was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked (you might want to add 1 small pot). There were 3 pools, a fitness center and a restaurant. Other residents and guests at the pool were very friendly and gave restaurant tips. And, we were 5 minutes from a several beaches where we snorkeled. Great vacation, would return.

Love the neighborhood and will definitely be back. The dryer needd to be repaired or replaved as it takes a very long tome to dry clothes.

Great Value and well equipped property

The house was a good value for the high season and also had ample beach towels/chairs, cooler and a working ice maker to make beach excursions simpler. I enjoyed my stay with my friend and would definitely consider it for futures trips. Rosie and Alex were great hosts as well - check-in and check-out were on time and went smoothly.

Perfect vacation home and location for our family of four

Very nice development on the northern most part of the island. Short drive to nice beaches and snorkeling. The three pools in the development provided nice variety and the fitness center was well equipped to meet our needs. The home was well equipped, functional, and comfortable including the pull out sofa. The realtors for check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great communication and check in/ out process amazinh

Perfect location, we rented a car and a jeep for 1 day to see the conchi natural pool. We got to explore every part of the island in 7 days. Check in was great. They picked us up at airport and had our vehicle in the driveway at the town house with refresments in the fridge which was amazing after a long flight. The apartment had everything we need to cook for our family. We would definatley stay here again.

Perfect Townhouse in a Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gold Coast was Everything in the townhouse was as described/depicted in the online listing/photos. The community is close to some of Aruba's nicer/less crowded beaches as well as a short drive from the beaches typically frequented by tourists. Marcia and Rosie were super friendly and helpful both prior to and upon our arrival. In addition to answering questions about the property, they provided excellent tips on finding affordable dining out options in Aruba. We will definitely reach out to them to check availability at the Gold Coast prior to our next visit to Aruba.

Clean and quiet

This is a small unit in a quiet condo complex in north end. Felt very safe with gated entrance. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely pool close by, and 5 minutes from Arashi beach and snorkeling, and many choices of grocery stores also very close by. Just 12-15 minute drive to busy tourist area and Palm and Eagle Beaches. Small living room with large sofa that is good for 2 people. TV is dated and of poor quality. Great place to use as a base to explore the island and its rugged east coast and its many beaches. The management company was exceptionally responsive and helpful. They even booked our rental car and responded immediately to our questions. I would definitely rent from this company again!

Tidy and well equipped.

Property is nice, each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a powder room downstairs. The kitchen was loaded with every utensil or gadget you need. Lots of towels, beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. washing machine is ancient and rusty, but works well. There’s even a dishwasher. It’s a little tight maybe in the living area, but satisfactory overall. Make sure you know how to use the air conditioning in all rooms. It can be tricky until you figure it out. Works great though. We called for help and a man was there right away. Any email or text communications were outstanding. They responded immediately to any questions or messages to them . This rental company is no joke. There are basic rules, quite normal stuff, but they are truly on the ball. I will be back as soon as possible, in maybe a little bigger unit. There is a set of tiled steps to upstairs, and the turn is a little tricky. Just take your time and it’s fine. If you are unsure on steps, this particular unit ma not be for you, but there are plenty of options, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood with a safety officer at the gate 24/7. Can’t wait to come back.
