Frank was an incredible host! He met us at the condo for check-in and gave us a brief orientation of the resort. He was responsive throughout and even came by to help us with an issue with the TV. We absolutely love staying at the Villa in the restaurant. There was amazing! This was an overall really fun and relaxing trip.

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Frank was a great host, very responsive. Unfortunately there was a fishy/shrimpy smell in the kitchen that neither we nor the housekeeper could get rid of. We would definitely stay here again with the reassurance that the smell was gone!

. This is it!Of course we could think of knit-picky stuff but any reasonable person would see that some things are out of any control. Bottom line, this place is amazing and we will return!

1st Vacation Ever

This was my first experience with a rental and the owner made it a GREAT experience! After booking, I immediately heard from Frank and, from that point, I felt like I was being taken care of by family. He was available for any questions and reached out to check on us during our stay. This little haven is perfectly placed with a quiet view of the ocean. We can’t wait to stay again! Thanks for being so awesome, Frank!

Almost perfect.

When I saw the 10/10 rating, I was questioning if that was accurate. In my opinion it's very, very rare to find something that reaches perfection. Villa Capriani IS almost perfect. A great location on the Northern end of Topsail Island, very quiet and relaxing. The condo itself is spacious with a great beach vibe and wonderful views of the Atlantic! Great access to the beach, a HUGE pool and a hot-tub to relax those tired muscles. ;) The property manager Frank is one of the kindest, most accommodating people we've had the pleasure of dealing with on VRBO. It's not that there have been that many unpleasant ones, but Frank is just that good to deal with. We are absolutely planning on returning to Villa Capriani as we travel to this area often to see family. I highly recommend that if you're in the area, give this awesome location a chance, I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did.

I highly recommend Frank's place. The place was clean, comfortable with lots of room and a great ocean view. I've stayed at the Villa before, but nothing compared to Frank's condo. Frank is an excellent host, thw communication was efficient and clear, and he was able to accommodate our requests for a perfect getway. I will definitely stay at Frank's place again! Great location

Great location. A little chilly for the pools but we enjoyed the hot tubs. Spacious property with easy beach access. Frank was very friendly and communication was great.
