PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK!! Come enjoy the beach vibe year round! Make this spacious four bedroom condo in the community of Bethany Bay a vacation home you’ll want to return to year after year! Our third floor, two-level condo sits along the Indian River Bay, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach. Bethany Beach is a quaint coastal town with everything you need to have an unforgettable family vacation no matter what time of year you visit.
Located in Bethany Bay, our condo is in a perfectly tranquil location away from the crowds. Enjoy wetland views from the screened in rear deck or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and Indian River Bay from the front balcony.
*The building does not have an elevator.

This family friendly condo features four bedrooms and a pull out sofa to accommodate up to ten guests. There are also three full bathrooms (two on the first floor, one on the second floor), a full eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and separate dining room area, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Room layouts are as follows: (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV and full bath, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV, Bedroom 3 upstairs has two twin beds, as well as, a twin over full bunk bed, Bedroom 4 upstairs has two twin beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms. 1st floor living room has a queen pull-out sofa.

**Sheets and towels are not provided for any of the rooms**

All beds do have comforters or quilts plus pillows and blankets are available. We can recommend local linen services that will rent sheets, towels and beach equipment for an additional fee payable directly to them. You will also need to provide your own paper products, dish soap etc.

Bethany Bay includes a community pool, kid pool, hot tub, 9-hole Par 3 golf course, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and walking trails. Hike, walk, or jog amongst the natural beauty of lower Delaware. Kayak, boat, and jet-ski launching is available at the community dock for no additional charge and there are state parks nearby! This is the perfect place to get your family or friends together and where no one will ever be bored!

Week at the beach

Family Vacation

Everything was great besides the crazy person below us who made the stay uncomfortable but besides that it was a great quiet area with fun activities all around. I would definitely go back though because Nancy was great with communication and very responsive.

our stay was wonderful!! check-in was quick. the rooms were just as described and pictured. we did have problem with the wifi. but the service people were contacted promptly and it was resolved. the location was perfect. 25 min to bethany beach, 35 minutes to rehoboth, 35 minutes to ocean city(but we never went there because we had everything between bethany and rehoboth!)

A perfect week

We’ve always stayed around this area but was the first time at Bethany Bay. The room was very clean and nicely equipped with enough space and bedding to accommodate my family of 9. We enjoyed the pool and was close by everything the family wanted to do. Very enjoyable. Thanks Nancy for answering my questions and quick responses.

Lovely, relaxing stay.

We loved the peaceful setting overlooking the marsh off of the screened in porch that is so comfortable. The size of the condo is perfect and we all enjoyed the space. The walking trails around the complex were great too! I would definitely stay here again.

Bethany vacation

Around 10 people can sleep in this apartment. The adjacent pool is great and the view from the screened in balcony is spectacular. There is ample parking outside.

Great place to stay with families

We had a great time at Ken and Nancy’s. It was so neat and clean! The condo afforded us enough space to spread out with four adults and five kids. The bunk room was perfect for the older kiddos while our infant had her own room. There were so many family friendly things to do and great places to eat. We would love to stay here again!
