Détendez-vous dans den séparée pour regarder la télévision, décontracté, la lecture et la sieste. Dormez dans l'une des 3 grandes chambres (2 lits king / 2 personnes, une chambre 2 lits jumeaux), délassez-vous de la crème solaire dans la douche à l'italienne (accessible en fauteuil roulant), salle de bains séparée ou douche extérieure. Chaque chambre et la véranda ont une grande efficacité, des ventilateurs silencieux qui circulent en permanence l'air tropical et les parfums.

Notre maison est située sur 3 acres paysagers luxuriants de terrain avec un tribunal professionnel de tennis privé de qualité (refait surface 9/2013) disponibles pour votre usage. Il ya 3 autres maisons, un peu plus faible sur l'immobilier, tous conçus et construits en même temps pour maximiser les vues et la vie privée. We had a wonderful stay at this Kihei home in Maui! It was perfect for our family of five with our adult kids, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The layout worked great, and having three bedrooms with king beds was a huge plus.The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day.As others have mentioned, the yard is a great feature. While it was ideal for us, it would be especially perfect for families with younger kids who want space to run and play on the grass.We also loved having access to the pickleball courts. Bringing our paddles was definitely worth it!The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

We had the best experience at this wonderful property. The proximity to the beach is unmatched and was so easy to zip down to catch the sunset or set up early in the day. The backyard is a tropical oasis and was wonderful for quiet reflection and reading a book on a warm afternoon. There was more than enough space, and it had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best and most relaxing vacation ever!

Loved staying here. Beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the door after crossing the street. Tennis court is in good condition and has early morning shade. Everything in the house worked well. TV is small with cable, but we hardly used it.

Very lovely 3 bedroom home in Kihei right across the street from the access to the amazing Keawakapu Beach. The house has a very nice indoor outdoor living vibe with the large great room opening onto a beautiful lanai that sits at the top of the property and overlooks the large fruit tree laden lawn and tennis court below. Every day I woke up at sunrise and walked to take a dip in the ocean and then went to Akemi coffee in Wailea for coffee and a cinnamon bun. I definitely recommend this spot!

3 week stay in Maui

We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home. Well equipped,great appliances,close to beautiful beach.-some suggestions: small bathroom shower needs attention, head leaks from top,and very dark at night in the shower.beds were overly soft for our liking but that could be our taste. We stayed 10 days with our adult children. House was perfect. Three bedrooms with king size, comfy beds! Air conditioner worked great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking! Prepared Christmas dinner with family. Pickleball court was fantastic. Location, location, location. You cannot ask for better location of a house on Maui. We hope to be back soon!! Wow, what a FIND!

This home met all our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped-important for a family of 5! The tennis court that is mentioned in the listing is right outside the lanai-such fun to watch(or play). The VERY BEST part of this house was the proximity to the beach. LITERALLY across the street, and not crowded(even over Spring Break) We strolled over every day. A big thanks to the owners for their supply of beach towels and sand chairs. Very comfortable beds, lovely baths with big showers. Wonderful!

Location, location, location.

A private drive with four homes and a beautifully landscaped back yard. Common area with pickleball/tennis court. You cannot beat this location. Down the drive, cross the street and there’s the beach. Room to spread out and relax. The home is a lovely, island style home. Main area high ceilings, multiple fans and big windows. I imagine the setting is normally very quiet but there was some construction on an adjacent property while we were there. Also note there is one air conditioner/mini split for the entire home. This worked out fine for us but is something to consider (many Maui rentals have no air con). I’d stay here again for sure! Delightful experience.

We had 5 adults and a 2 year old for our 1 week Maui vacation. We loved this VRBO. It was a minute walk to a great beach and there were ample beach chairs, snorkle gear, sand toys etc to use. The grounds were beautiful and we sat out on the lanai for hours every night. The 2 year old loved running up and down the hill to the tennis courts and huge Mango trees. It was a little warm at night without AC units in the bed rooms, but not enough to impact sleep quality. We had a few questions before and during the stay and Tracey was friendly and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location with such close access to the beach, but having only one AC unit in the main living room wasn't ideal in cooling things down in the other rooms. It was extremely warm in the rooms even with fans running. We also had issues with mice in the home along with some insects too.

Great stay

We traveled with 6 adults. The house was perfect for us. The rooms were a good size & the beds comfortable. The house was well furnished and maintained. The location was great. Close to everything yet a little secluded. The beach across the street was absolutely wonderful. It was easy to get to. The street can be busy at certain times but there is a crosswalk with a light in the corner. The owner was wonderful to work with. Responded very quickly. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the driveway is difficult to see at night. The entrance is not very well lit ant the su age is dark. Once you’ve been there, it’s not too difficult to find.

Enjoy the island life in this beautiful house!

This was the second time we stayed at this property, and it was absolutely beautiful. The first time was great and we were excited to go back for a second stay. It was even better the second time as they made some slight improvements that enhanced the experience. The house is large, clean and perfect for a big family or a couple of families staying together. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large common area with sliding doors opening to the patio. Perfect for eating breakfast outside or barbecuing dinners. Outside you will find a lot of equipment for beach trips. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a pop-up tent. Tracy was efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling over to Maui and wanting a comfortable, beautiful place to stay.

Brilliant Maui Experience!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortably set up and the directions to the house were detailed and easy to follow. A beautiful Hawaiiana Plantation style house. The grounds were meticulously maintained and it was very private and quiet despite the 3 minute walk to the best beach on Maui--incredible location. We loved the 3 bedrooms with king beds. Worked perfect for us and our adult children. The kitchen was impressively outfitted and the gas grill was clean and new. Towels, beach umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets all provided. There was ice in the freezer and the pantry was stocked with the essentials upon arrival. Host is responsive and communicative. Check in and check out was seamless with good instructions and minimal "effort" required on our part upon checkout. I can't wait to return! Perfect for families or couples/friends traveling together.

The property is all about location. The house is large enough to accommodate 8 persons (if bunkbeds were added in one of the larger bedrooms. The mattresses and bedding are in great need of an upgrade and the kitchen though well stocked, lacked good frying pans. Definitely would upgrade lighting over dining room table (which had no lighting) and guest bathroom ( very dark in the shower). The beach equipment is also in need of upgrades. Out of 6 beach chairs , one had a broken strap and the other is just old and rusty. We did play games but the dominos and rummy cub tiles were so dirty we had to wash the rummy tiles before using them and we left the dominos for the owner to take care of. Overall, the location to the beautiful beach was worth the disappointments of the interior of the house. Great location, great grill, quiet neighborhood, tennis court (5 stars) all other (3 stars).

Diamond in the Rough, lots of Construction

Be aware This house is right besides a major construction site that will be very active for the next few years, This was not Disclosed to us on Reservation. Prior to our arrival, a friend who recommended this place happened to be in the area and told us about the major construction site and activity. I checked with the owner who advised that a barrier wall and mesh would be installed by the 1st week Jan, at or around our arrival and would minimize the dust, and unsightly machinery, well we departed on Feb 4th, no barrier or wall, just noise and dust, also the house right beside this house will be smashed down and replaced planned to start in April, dust, construction and machinery noise, from 730am to 330pm make the Lanai unusable. When we arrived the place was dirty, there were limited towels both bath and beech, (Note this was fixed the next day by the owner), Fans in one of the bedrooms didnt work nor did the (Fan pull switch) on the Lanai, This also was fixed a couple of days after arrival, one of the toilets was constantly running, this was also fixed, The toaster was broken with no bottom, there was no kettle, the tea pot had no handle, most knives were completely dull. The beech equipment "Chairs" were old and tatteredThe location of this place (if there was no construction going on) is great with easy access to the beech.I would not recommend this place to anyone, it needs a very deep clean top to bottom, the construction activity does not provide a restful retreat.

I was unaware the neighboring property would be under construction when the reservation was made. When the site was cleared in the summer of 24, active construction ceased and I was advised the heavy equipment had been moved to Lahaina. No date for its return was given. Moreover, I was repeatedly assured by the project manager that the dust fence blocking the view of the construction site would be up by the first week of Jan. 25, however they delayed it until early Feb. 25. I immediately responded to the guests' concerns, which surprised me because the guests who immediately preceded him praised the house and property and did not complain about any broken appliances or fans. In response to the reviewers' concerns, I immediately ordered another cleaning, dispatched the fan repair person, and was thanked by the guest for the prompt action. Some of the beach chairs are used, several are new as of October 24. The sun, sand and use take their toll and I always offer to purchase new ones when the old ones age out. With respect to the remodel next door, I am advised that it is just a remodel, not a tear-down, with work slated to begin sometime this spring 25. I cannot control property owned by others but I strive to keep my guests well informed when I possess the information. However, I am not omnipotent. What I always do is to immediately respond to concerns when they are brought to my attention.

Roaches galore!

MANY live roaches in cabinets and in kitchen in addition to dead roaches appearing during the stay. Mgmt sends you a Rental Agreement and they say they have pest control but that if you're "squeamish" you should not rent from them. We are not "squeamish" - I am from South Fla and my hubby is from Tahiti, we grew up with roaches and bugs! but this was beyond ridiculous. The cabinet & pantry liners are filthy and are part of the problem. The front door needs new weather stripping to seal off gaps. And management company needs to actually hire a pest control.company. I don't believe for 1 second a pro pest control company services this home. We bought roach bait traps and Home Defense spray. We also bought 409 & cleaning wipes because they provide 0 cleaning supplies other than dish & laundry detergent. We also bought our own cooler because the cooler they provide is the tiny lunch size cooler that holds 6 coke can with no ice. And there is no grill cleaning brush so we didn't grill out. 2 of the portable fans didn't work, which was ok because it was just the 2 of us. So be prepared to bring a LOT if you plan to rent here.

Unfortunately, had this guest reached out during their stay, we would have immediately addressed all their concerns during their stay instead of after. We use Bowman Pest Control and are happy to provide verification of the service at any time. The provided supplies are set forth in our agreement. Guests often leave their coolers. We do not provide a cooler because they are so frequently lost or destroyed.

Our home is truly a home away from home and our kids have grown up on this beach. We are steps from the best beach in Maui: Keawakapu Beach. The home offers plenty of privacy, spacious cooking & entertainment spaces, lanai seating, privacy and relaxation in a setting that is 'Old Hawaii'--lush landscaping, tons of grass for kids to run safely and a private tennis court. It is paradise.

Our home is steps from the best beach in Maui: Keawakapu Beach where you can walk for miles, swim, body surf, boogie board, snorkle, stroll to Sarento's on the Beach or the Five Palms for a drink or a great meal, watch the sunsets, bike to La Perouse Bay. We are a short walk (less than 1 mile south) from the Shops at Wailea, close to the fancy hotels and eateries but able to retreat to our private estate for privacy and serenity. Our kids grew up on this beach and safely played all night long on the grounds of the estate. We've made lasting friendships here.
