Le fabuleux Sunset Beach House est situĂ© sur une plage de sable dans la partie la plus ensoleillĂ©e de Maui. Cette maison de 3 chambres sera l'endroit idĂ©al pour votre groupe d'amis ou votre famille. Profitez de votre propre maison de luxe fermĂ©e directement sur la plage pour environ le mĂȘme prix que l'hĂ©bergement de votre groupe dans un complexe de condos. .

Vous aurez une vie en bord de mer avec votre propre cascade / spa privé, une grande cour, un home cinéma, une cuisine moderne et bien plus encore. La chambre principale a une vue complĂšte sur l'ocĂ©an et sa propre vĂ©randa. Et quelle vue! MĂȘme la douche a une vue magnifique. Regardez la lune se coucher dans l'ocĂ©an depuis votre lit. Laissez le bruit des vagues vous endormir.

Il y a une véranda couverte avec une table pour manger en plein air. L'océan, la plage, la grande pelouse et le spa offrent aux enfants de tous ùges de nombreux endroits pour se détendre ou jouer.

Bien que notre maison soit dans une rue calme, nous sommes à distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, des cafés, des épiceries, des marchés en plein air et des parcs avec des terrains de jeux.

La plage derriĂšre la maison s'Ă©tend trĂšs loin dans les deux sens. Des planches de bodyboard, des pelouses et des jouets de sable sont disponibles Ă  la maison. Des jouets aquatiques comme des kayaks et des planches de surf peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©.

Pendant la saison des baleines (décembre - mars), l'eau derriÚre notre maison est un endroit privilégié pour les baleines à bosse, en particulier les mÚres et les nouveaux-nés. Ce sont des acrobates actifs et c'est excitant de les regarder jouer.

Maui at the turtle beach

Nice property on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Owner has gone out of his way to supply beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. Saw sea turtles every night and early morning. Good launching point for hiking trails and swimming beaches.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! The house is cozy and very well equipped. They had everything you would need for a fun family beach vacation. The home owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with! Our favorite parts were the big yard and the gorgeous sunset views!

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Peaceful, magical stay!

The home is the perfect place to stay when exploring the island of Maui. We especially enjoyed the uncrowded beach right out the back door of the house. The sunsets were amazing and the home had plenty room for our family to spread out. The lawn between the beach and home was a nice reprieve from the wind in the late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the home that was so comfortable. We even had sea turtles swim with us in the water directly outside the house. I would highly recommend this home if you seek relaxing and enjoyable vacation to the island of Maui!

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The best sunset property ever!

The house is located in the quiet town of Kihei and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. The back of the house faces west and thus has great year round sunset views. Owners are very responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Perfect spot for families

There were seven of us total, plenty of room for everyone. Wonderful views from the back and large yard for playing games. Well-stocked kitchen. Central to lots of restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. communication with the owner was quick. Check-out process very easy. We will definitely visit again!!

My wife and I spend most of the year in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Three of our daughters and their families are nearby. A fourth daughter lives in Utah. We spend 2 months per year in our Maui home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
