Relax and enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters of Big Glen Lake from our stunning Northern Michigan home. Be one of the first to enjoy all we have to offer in this 2500 sq ft home, including private waterfront and lake access, beach house and fire pit by the water, with a hot tub and private back patio, separate guest entrance, large attached deck, full size kitchen, home gym, ample parking and absolutely breathtaking views. Also included is a 6 passenger Polaris ranger for easy access to town and the beach. This is a perfect setting for your next family vacation! Boat rental is available on property for additional fee, please message us if you are interested in this when booking.

Loved everything about the house and the property. Owner was super helpful. Easy access to the lake. Amazing spaces to sit back and enjoy the relaxed "Up North" experience. Highly recommend!!!

We'll be back!

A wonderful place for family to gather. We had never been to Glen Arbor, but when our son and his bride decided to get married there, we looked for a home to stay with our other children and their small children. This was perfect! A lovely location, a fun little beach, and a wonderful host who helped us make the most of our time there. Thank you, Tom, for everything you did for us!!

A Wonderful family vacation

This was a perfect location for our yearly family vacation. The home is beautiful and so clean with amazing views from every angle. We all loved the upper deck and spent lots of our time out there. Tom is an incredible host who was easily available and addressed all of our needs. The use of the pontoon boat was an added bonus. Due to mobility issues with one of our family members, we didn’t take advantage of the fantastic beach fire pit but it would be the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake. And the kids loved the hot tub. Tom provided ample towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals. Thanks Tom for a great vacation!

A Wonderful Vacation

Thomas is the most awesome host! He is very welcoming, responsive to our needs and professional, a genuinely nice man. He was very invested in ensuring we had everything we needed and were having a great time. He went out of his way to bring us local goodies and gave the kids toys and treats. The condo is a good size, immaculate and the furnishings very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I don't know the listing is inaccurate but I was surprised our rental space is on the second floor. Also, the beach (which is wonderful) is across a relatively busy highway-M22, this was a concern because we have such young children. All in all we had a wonderful vacation; loved Thomas, the rental and the area!!

Special Memories

Before we even set foot out the door of our own home, Tom, the owner, reached out personally with directions and a welcome that made it feel like we’ve known each other for years. Our arrival? Greeted with wine for relaxation, and later in the week a gourmet quiche in the morning, which was outstanding! Tom isn't just any host; he feels like the friend you’ve had for life, instantly turning moments into memories. The pristine deck became our morning coffee sanctuary, overlooking the serene lake, while the kitchen had updated appliances that made cooking a breeze. But it didn't stop there. Tom's generosity shone brighter when he took us out on his boat, giving our kids the time of their lives with tubing adventures, and even securing us a spot at a hidden gem of a restaurant. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a week filled with moments we’ll treasure forever. 💫

Fabulous Family Vacation on Beautiful Glen Lake

We had the most wonderful family reunion/vacation at this gorgeous home on Glen Lake! After a rough, delayed flight from CA, we were greeted by the most welcoming host, Tom, who supplied us with much-needed snacks and beverages. The house was perfect for our large group of 12. The layout of the home provided plenty of room to gather as a group in the great room or on the patio while still allowing space for the kids to have their own space in the large room with the two queen size beds, large TV, and it's own bathroom. We like to cook family meals at home, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking with plenty of flatware and dishes as well as a large BBQ and Traeger. We rented the pontoon boat for the week, which we used every day to enjoy the lake, tube, fish, and watch the sunset over the water and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Tom generously shared all his water toys and his Polaris with us, which made everything so fun and easy. The Polaris was a key as it allowed us to bring my father that has difficulty walking due to arthritis in his hips down from the house to the private beach where he only had to walk a short distance to enjoy the boat, beach, fire pit, and beach cabana. The fire pit was great to gather around in the evening and drink wine and make smores after dinner. Tom was availalbe to answer questions, offer suggestions for restaurants and help with anything we needed. This was truly one of our best vacations as a family! Thank you so much, Tom!!!

My husband , our son and daughter in law, a 3 and 9 year old loved this property. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality dish ware and glasses. You will find everything you may need. Tom is very responsive and wants you to enjoy your time’

Perfect!

Beautiful house with an incredible location. Walkable to downtown Glen Arbor, with a view thats worth the price of admission. Plenty of space for the family of five plus a dog. Kids loved tubing and the use of the pontoon right at the end of the dock. Added bonus is the golden retriever Remy, he’s a gem! We loved our time in Glen Arbor and Tom is a phenomenal host. A+ experience all around.

Great family get-away on the lake.

Outstanding. The property offered everything: beautiful home, outdoor decks, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, paddle boards, and kayaks. We used them all. The owner also rented us his pontoon boat for the week, and we used it everyday. The owner/property manager lives on site and was one of the biggest assets of the rental. He offered great insights into the best of Glen Arbor. Five star experience.
