Cute cabin on upper cold stream pond. Upper cold stream pond is a deep water lake in the center of maine. Excellent fishing and swimming. Only 5 minutes to downtown Lincoln. Long term rentals available.

Beautiful, rustic peaceful propert

Such a calm and peaceful spot. My dogs were in Heaven. We were so relaxed here. This is a great place for kids to swim and play! Got a much needed rest away from it all.

We LOVED our stay

We loved that we were so close to the water, and it was so private. The floating was good, fishing was good. Cabin was clean with clean linens, towels, etc. Very homey and comfy. The Sunrise views were amazing. We loved the little duck visitors as well. Close to grocery stores if you need to go out for anything. The bed was very hard, but I am a very fussy bed sleeper. Only real issue for us was that the rug in the livingroom was always wet so we had to wear shoes or slippers at all times. But, if that was our only issue we were very happy that it was a great week and very relaxing. Will def stay again.

Rough around the edges but Lovely!

My stay was lovely. The cabin was peaceful and had all we needed to enjoy our time there. Despite the downsides, I'd totally book again. The location was private. The pond was calm with few boats. Loved having the porch swings, picnic table, and outdoor hearth. Walmart & hannaford were 15 minutes away to get the forgotten odds and ends. I had excellent phone service. There was plenty of parking. The furniture was either hard as a rock (queen bed - bring a foam pad!) or rather warn out. The cabin wasn't 100% well cleaned (microwave dirty, pull out couch with mouse poop & even an old cracker, pots & pans put away still lightly dirty, etc). It wasnt all rough, though: All bedding looked & smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean. The carpet was vacuumed. Only some areas were rough, and overall it was just fine. It looked like the owners are working on updates to make this place shine, so we allowed room for grace. It may not have been perfect, but we truly loved our time! Those downsides didnt hinder out experience. We simply cleaned what we usd both before & after, and we didnt use the pull out couch. I would absolutely stay here again, and I hope to next year.

This is a great fishing camp, it is right on the water. It isn't the fanciest place, but we had a lot of fun!

Amazing location , what a view!

The place was absolutely perfect. My dog had so much fun jumping off the dock into the beautiful water. The town had a Walmart which made everything super convenient. The electric bug zapper was the icing on the cake. I will definitely be staying here again!

The property was very close to the lake. The views were fantastic. A few of amenities were not in proper working order ( TV/DVD had no sound?? There was no internet or cable service?? The Gas barbeque was out of propane and the cooking grates were filthy, the ceiling fan in master bedroom had a very dangerous wobble at high speed. Yard and dock area ere very cluttered.
