Far enough from towns to be mountains and secluded but close enough to drive to any of the three mountain towns of Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, and sevierville. Even the national forest was close by.

Restful Family Stay with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin provided our family a wonderful time together. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed and then some. Good seating inside and out. Beds and pillows were a bit firm, but no worries. The view was outstanding. Easy drive of maybe 20 minutes to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge on paved roads. All of the details with Elk Springs took place over email and text, and that seemed sufficient. While here, we ate at Flavortown and Mellow Mushroom, visited The Island, and drove into GSMNP. Would love to return to this cabin in late fall or winter to take advantage of the fireplace and a snowy landscape.

Spectacular Stay

Mind blowing view perfect cabin for a get away we enjoyed it

Reviewer Comments: Me and the other occupants that were staying in Hawkes Ridge Cabin All were comfortable having fun it was very welcoming clean all supplies were sanitized and set up nice only thing wrong was we could use the grill it was no propane but other than that we will definitely be back again our trip was cut short due to the snow storm allot of locals told use not to stay in the mountains during that time cause it wasn’t safe so we had to leave early but it was definitely worth the money.

Wonderful stay

Family Friendly

We arrived at night and GPS brought us to a different house(apparently there was a old Hawks Ridge) after a quick panic we contacted Elks Ridge and they were very helpful in getting us to the right location which was one house up the mountain. We received multiple helpful texts from Elks Resort during our stay. Definitely worth renting a cabin through a great company versus VRBO.

The cabin is updated and has everything that you'd need and more. The gas fireplace put out amazing heat, which was great in the morning. We also really enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. We loved the walking trail on the property and the view of the valley. The property is private and very quiet in a good location. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was very comfortable. Location is a bit removed and convoluted to get to for the uninitiated to small mountain roads. Once at the cabin, it's a great property. The kitchen cabinetry needs urgent updating and the cutlery, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils need updating. Other than that, the cabin is well equipped, modern, clean, comfortable and appealing.

Peaceful mountainside retreat just minutes from the city

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice cabin, only 20 minutes from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, with loads of room to spread out in, and great views of the valley. The amenities, like washer/dryer were used and appreciated, and the hot tub was a bonus. Wifi was slow, but this was expected being in the mountains. The biggest complaint was the broken window lock in the master bathroom. It was known because there was a piece of rebar in the track to keep it shut, but there was still enough room for it to open fully. The Keurig was broken - it would turn on, but it would immediately say low/no water or descale. Beyond those two things, it was an enjoyable stay.

Best TN Vacation Rental !

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Hawks Ridge cabin stay and can’t wait to come back. The cabin wasn’t ready exactly at check in which was alittle hard after traveling so many hours but as soon as we walked in it smelled clean and was beautiful! The kitchen didn’t have as many kitchen essentials such as plates, cups frying pans and such if you plan on cooking your entire stay. And The only tub down stairs didn’t have a tub plug which was a-little hard trying to bathe little ones .But over all we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone vacationing in the area! It was very close to Gatlinburg and 20 ish minutes to Pigeon Forge. We loved the secludedness of the cabin especially after a long day in the crowded town. The views are outrageously beautiful!
