multiplex condo with amazing lake view
This brand new multiplex condo, a West Indies Style Architecture completed in 2021 will impress as it features ceramic tile flooring throughout, beautiful appointed cabinetry and a beach-driven color palette. There is an elevator and parking located underneath the building. This condo is located on the top floor of the multiplex and features amazing views from the expansive lanai which is accessible from both the living rooms and master suite.
The condo consists of 1,713 SF total, a large master bedroom ensuite with a shower, his/her sinks and a large walk-in closet. We've always enjoyed vacationing in the Naples and Marco Island area, and we felt that Antilles Naples met all of our goals and expectations since it's close enough to the beach and close enough to both Naples and Marco Island. It really offers us the best of both worlds and it's a short 45-minute to Southwest Florida International Airport, offering non-stop flights to most major destinations in the United States.
