Strays: You may catch a glimpse of a friendly local stray black cat who likes to hang out in the neighborhood and occasionally passes by the outdoor areas. While he is a sweet community fixture, he is an outdoor animal, we kindly ask that you do not feed him or invite him inside the house during your stay.

FEES:
To help keep everything running smoothly for our guests, there is a $48 community/administrative fee and a $185 cleaning fee which is included in your total cost. The cleaning fee ensures the home is fresh, sanitized, and ready for you to enjoy. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!
