The space
Recently upgraded & fully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom home features an open kitchen, elegant dining room, dedicated office space, comfortable screened in patio and living room with HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom with private en suite bathroom and HDTV. Spacious living room includes comfy sofa, dedicated office space, HDTV, private screened in patio, outdoor pergola, private backyard with patio & furniture, fire pit, BBQ, free high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room, onsite parking and key-less access.

Lack of cleanliness

When we checked in we found food on the floor in corners as well as a fingernail and other derby. We wiped down counters to sanitize not to clean and saw the dirt/dust which made us feel we needed to wipe down every surface and basically clean up before we could relax.

Golf Trip

Had trouble getting into house, door knob was locked and igloohome would not open. I suggest that you put ice cube trays in the freezer we had to buy a bag of ice, trays would have been helpful. Also no dish towels or wash cloth to do dishes. I know there was a dishwasher but we didn't use that many dishes or glasses. The last thing, the upstairs did get very cold. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was plenty cold but upstairs not so much. Thank you.

We’re glad we could sort it out quickly with the lockbox code. Regarding the ice cube trays, dish towels, and washcloths, we appreciate your suggestions. We’ll make sure those are stocked for future guests. We’ve noted your comments about the temperature differences between upstairs and downstairs. We’ll look into this to ensure it’s comfortable for everyone. The AC was just replaced last June, and we haven't had other reports, so we should be good. Mold, Mold, Mold!!! So disgusting!!

Photos are very deceiving!! Cute place in photos! However not in real life! This place was absolutely disgusting! The carpet is so old and hadn't been vacuumed in forever. The bathroom mats were clearly not washed. One bathroom mat was the wood style and was covered in black mold. Then we opened a drawer and it was completely covered in black mold. The chairs were crumbling from dry rot, the smoke detectors were disassembled and put in cabinets. The backdoor barley latched, so many safety and health concerns. Do not try to give them the benefit of the doublt like we did. The reviews are not wrong!!! So nasty!!

Not what you expect

Property manager was prompt and helpful! Size of the house was good and it met our needs. It was obvious however that the property has not been maintained. Back door was busted in and area was trashed, stove handle broke off in our hands, downstairs shower was very dirty and the shower head was brown and spraying the toilet. The fridge was cool but not cold so most of our food went bad. The upstairs toilet valve would not seat and would run constantly after flushing. The exterior siding was very dirty as if the house was abandoned. 2nd bedroom door would not close because screws stuck out that were holding the latch in place. The house was decorated inside and out for Christmas? The smoke detectors had the batteries pulled but the one in the basement was chirping low battery the whole time. The pans for use in the cabinet were rusty and looked like they were right out of the trash. Coffee pot has a used filer with coffee molding. Kitchen table legs were very loose and the table almost fell over. Half the outside furniture did not have cushions and the ones which did, were full of mold in the porch. Front exterior light bulb was missing and dark. Gutters have not been cleaned out in a very long time and overfilled every time it rained. Multiple picture frames were broken. Two glasses in the cabinet were broken and put back in the cabinet for some reason. The house has potential and we would stay again but only if all of the above items were addressed.

Fayetteville visit

Home is not bad and was clean. We were given a code that did not work. Call the host which was nice at first, but then got frustrated. After over an hour of being stuck on the porch she finally contacted the house cleaner who came and confirmed 1. We were given the wrong code 2. The pad was dead. Things happen but the lack of urgency and care was unreal. There is were no extra linens/towels in the home so bring your own. Overall this home is ok
