Such a sleek and modern apartment with all of the amenities. So close to great restaurants( next door to Santacafe), and a couple of blocks from the plaza. Quiet and free parking in the rear. I was in town for a conference, and it was a perfect place for a few days. Highly recommend. The owner was very responsive.

We had a quick stopover in Santa Fe. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and check out the town. Adorable accommodations with a super comfy bed.

We really enjoyed the Avery at 215 Washington! Just perfect for my husband and I to ebb and flow throughout Santa Fe and beyond. Easy day trips to Abiquiu and Taos. Avery was equipped well for our needs. We really loved the hassle-free experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Celebrating a special birthday, my daughter and I stayed at 215 Washington in the Avery while taking in Santa Fe. Stylish, pristine and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Arrival and check-out were seamless. We had everything we needed

215 Washington was the perfect location for exploring the Plaza and enjoying Indian Market. The Avery was a great size for 2 people, clean, had everything we needed. The other guests were wonderful. Michael answered any questions I had plus free parking in Santa Fe right behind the house. Hoping to rebook for next year. Thank you.

A gem hidden in plain sight.

215 Washington Hotel is a standout among a plethora of hotels. Upon entering the property a beautifully designed and cozy library awaits. My suite was the same. The bed was adorned with soft linens and pillows, the kitchen was fully stocked and bathroom was well pointed. Bravo !!

Location was fab!

Location was fab, bed was very comfortable, room was real clean. The only thing is everyone slams the doors all hours of the night. That’s the only thing that I didn’t love.
