The original house we booked became unavailable due to unexpected work. The host offered us to a different one. That house was absolutely beautiful! Clean had everything we needed for our stay!

Nice Family Getaway Location

The house is well situated for a quiet family weekend. Grocery stores and restaurants are near by but the house is on a quiet street. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and fully prepared for a family stay. Even our dog was comfortable. We would definitely recommend the house and are looking forward to returning when the pool is complete.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable!

We stayed at this property in The Woodlands while I was in town racing Ironman Texas, and it was a perfect home base for me and my family. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the games around the house to keep the kids entertained during downtime. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for families or anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house fit our needs. The host was fast at responding, sent us stuff we needed that the home didn’t have, and was very kind. We had a few hiccups, but they were quickly addressed. The location is perfect and near everything in the woodlands! I would recommend to friends and family.

The Great Woodlands Escape

The house is located in a Quite beautiful neighbor. The location is close to the mall, the water ways and Old Town Springs. Upon our arrival, the host left us a wine/water/sodas and snacks which adds a nice touch. The host was fantastic! We had a hot water issue. They came immediately to fix it. A great place to stay

We stayed at this huge and clean property for over a week while in the area for a family wedding. The location was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious and clean. We had a very minor issue with the AC and the host responded immediately and remedied the situation right away. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Five-night stay

Cong made it very easy for us with excellent check-in information. The home was bigger and nicer than advertised. There are a plethora of TV screens. It was exceptionally well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The laundry room was great, with very new washer and drier. The neighbors were quite friendly, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking our dogs. We would like to stay here again.

The amenities to the house are wonderful. The outdoor living area was really nice, overlooking the woods,. The towels were thick and fluffy, the house was spotless, they served top end coffee. The host was quick to respond to a small problem I had… The state was wonderful? Should bring me back here. He will be my first. Thank you, sir for providing such a good space.

Woodlands Wedding

Very impressed with the house and property manager. The location was perfect - within minutes to the woodlands mall and less than 30 mins to Bush International airport. The pm checked in to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Large bedrooms and family rooms upstairs and down provided plenty of room for our family / adult children. Having the garage was extremely helpful for loading and unloading wedding gear and suitcases. Highly recommended and will stay again during our next visit.

Nice house in good location

Everything was great with the property and location, but I received a notice from the insurance after that they filed a $800 claim for a broken dining room chair. We never used the dining room chairs nor did we even go into the dining room. We were in town for a work function, so all of our meals were out and we spent very little time in the house.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

We are long term residents of The Woodlands and moved away a few years ago. We reserved this VRBO in order to spend Christmas with our adult children and grandchild who still live in the area. It was a perfect fit for us and met our needs to hang with family and friends, make meals, play games and watch movies. A perfect Christmas. Our Host was receptive to our needs and didnt leave a long list of rules and "chores". I have stayed in many VRBO and Arbnb accommodations with a "hovering" host afraid we would mess something up and this is not the case with this rental. A fact I greatly appreciate as I am an older adult with many years of home ownership so I am very careful when I stay in another persons house and found this to be one of my very best experiences. Highly recommend and hope they are still available for our future stays!

Perfect house/location

In town for a wedding in the Woodlands. House location was ideal, 10 minutes from all venues, etc. Beautiful neighborhood, house was very clean and appointed well. Kitchen supplies are a little on the sparse side, so be aware if planning to do any extensive cooking. Communication and support from the owner was fantastic throughout. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect. Lots of room, immaculately clean, and well stocked with essentials. Great location to explore all the area has to offer. We have stayed in numerous houses and this one is definitely in the upper echelon. Management was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property.
