Summer Specials! 900 Feet to the Beach! 5 BR 4 1/2 Baths with Game Room and Pool

Bring the whole family (or two families) to this great spot with lots of room for fun. Our home is less than 950 feet to the beach and easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. There is room for everyone with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. Three of the rooms feature king beds & ensuite bathrooms, two bedrooms have full beds with twin trundles underneath, and they share a common bathroom. An inflatable mattress is provided if extra space is needed. The game room is on the lower level and features two player pop-a-shot basketball, mini ping pong, two video game arcade systems and a big screen TV. Lots of board games are provided as well. So, while you should be at the beach, if you have to stay home you have plenty to do. The pool is shared with the other 11 units and is not heated. So, unless you like the polar bear plunge, wait for the weather to warm up to enjoy the pool. Otherwise, enjoy the pink sugar beaches and warm gulf waters that Panama City Beach offers.

Annual Family Vacation

This place is amazing! Exceptionally clean, lots of cleaning and personal supplies are provided. Lots of beach equipment (umbrellas, chair, towels) that you don’t find at other places. A very short walk to the beach. And a fabulous game room for those not so perfect weather day ( not very many bad weather days tho!!). We are definitely thinking of booking here again next summer!! Thanks to the host for making our stay very enjoyable!

Great access to everything!!

Our group was made up of moms/daughters and we were in town for a national dance competition. We had a great stay and the location was perfect for beach access and restaurants. Places were walkable or a short drive away. The paid parking lot near the home was perfect for our overflow cars and there was never an issue with finding a spot and it was a reasonable cost. Cleaning could be a little better, but we also are very picky on things. We had a minor plumbing issue while there, but Dave was quick to send a plumber over and it was corrected ASAP. Communication before and throughout the trip was great and fast. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Having the beach wagon was a bonus when walking to the beach. There were a few minor things that the owner had no control of ( clogged toilet ) but the communication was 10/10 and they had somebody out the same day. The owners made it an easy check in and checked on us throughout our stay. Thanks for the great memories!

Disappointed

The property definitely didn’t live up to expectations. One master bathroom had special type of light bulbs that took three days to be replaced so we showered in the dark for 3 days. The clothes dryer didn’t work for first 2 days. The promised and pictured first floor kitchenette was non- existent and the pool was shut down by the health department for our entire 7 day stay. And the unit could definitely use a thorough cleaning!
