A true vintage Big Bear cabin, 1 Nice View is located within walking distance to the lake and a short drive to the Village.

Prime location and modern amenities offer the perfect setting during your stay in Big Bear. The welcoming family room area offers a gas fireplace, large Flatscreen TV and a cozy seating area. The dining area has plenty of seating and sits next to the front window so you can take in the nice wooded view.

The kitchen area offers all modern basic amenities including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer and toaster. You can gain outdoor access from the kitchen.

Down the hall you will find the first bedroom, offering a Queen bed and closet space. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and closet space and the third bedroom offers a Twin over Twin bunk with Twin trundle. There is a full bath off the hallway.

Features: Central Heat, Gas Fireplace, Flatscreen TV, Internet/Wifi, Gas Range/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Walking Distance To The Lake, Towels And Linens Provided.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Could use a little improvement
Cabin was clean, but upon arrival there was NO instructions left on how to use the gas fireplace. No switch, no key, no instructions on how to get it going. Called property management and they, unsuccessfully, tried to help. They were going to send someone to help, but I ended up finding a remote for it. Upon using it, the fireplace kept shutting off (maybe it got too hot?). Also, the pilot kept going out and that scared me. Would have appreciated the ability to actually use the garage, but had no access. Also did NOT like the plugged in ultrasonic mouse repellents in every outlet in the house. My husband and I both got headaches and so we researched what the boxes were that were in every outlet and discovered their function. I understand this is the forest and that there are a lot of animals that can enter the cabins, but I strongly believe those were giving us both a headache and made my hudband feel nauseous. Living room was beautiful with plenty of seating and the kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Many windows to see the lake and beautiful snow.
