Grand condo 3 BR + Loft BR / 4 Bath au dernier étage (grande salle de 25 'de haut) avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les pistes de ski Keystone (jour et nuit). Situé à l'entrée de la base de River River Village à Keystone. Beaucoup de restaurants, magasins et autres activités à proximité.

L'unitĂ© a 8 lits sĂ©parĂ©s: King, 2 Queens, Double, 4 Twins, plus 2 lits pliants Queen, et 6 futon portable double de 6 'de long (peut ĂȘtre placĂ© dans n'importe quelle piĂšce). Un lit supplĂ©mentaire est fourni pour les lits pliants queen et le futon double.

3 téléviseurs à écran plat, laveuse / sécheuse et cuisine complÚte avec tous les gros appareils ménagers. C'est notre bùtiment le plus populaire - Internet / café sportif (WiFi gratuit + 12 téléviseurs à écran plat), aire de jeux vidéo pour enfants, piscine chauffée, bain à remous, centre d'entraßnement, dépanneur, parking souterrain gratuit (avec ascenseurs) et service complet spa de jour (massages, soins du visage, etc.) sur place.

The host had a property management company, Seymour Lodging, handle our stay. When I contacted the host, to which Seymour Lodging responded, about the elevator repeatedly not working in the building, Seymour Lodging messaged me to contact the building manager myself, like it was my problem to deal with, when I had three elderly people, one of whom was a disabled veteran who needed the elevator, and a toddler in my group. I also got a message that the Seymour Lodging contact was out of town and to call the office. They were rude and unhelpful and told me that they couldn’t control the elevator’s functionality any more than they could control the weather. The lodge was dated, dingy carpet, etc., and the unit’s pictures make it look way nicer than it really is. The price point for this unit is high given the accommodations and attentiveness of the property management company. Would not recommend.

Lots of space for family.

The property had great sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms for a larger group (traveled with our 2 older teenagers and my brother with 3 under 10). Close enough to the hill that older kids could walk to the hill, but the location is far enough away from the hill to make it hard with younger kids. The photos in the listing are misleading. There is not a lot of living space compared to the number of bed rooms. In the photos the dining table has been pushed out of the way (and there is a different dining table now) to make the space feel bigger. The space overall seems to have been redecorated since the photos were taken. There is no couch upstairs in the loft area, different beds / bed arrangements, etc. We had a great time. The listing needs to be updated.

Great Keystone property!

This was our first time in Keystone and we will definitely be back. The location was perfect-close to the lift, close to restaurants, close to ski rental. The unit was big and had everything by we could need to make our stay comfortable and fun.

Could have been great

Like many properties, the beds were the primary issue. Need to upgrade mattresses.The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there were particles of food on the floor and carpet areas in particular.Dresser drawers did not work well and one of the bed side rails was broken. Finally the Black Christmas tree was odd and not the right feel for such a nice setting

Family ski trip

Great property with easy access to the slopes. Clean and well appointed. Beautiful views both during the day and at night. Check in process could be updated as we had to drive to another town to get our “keys” which ended up being a code. This could’ve been emailed to us at check in time.

Wonderful stay!

We had a large array of people in our group - our son, in-laws, and friends. Everyone absolutely loved the condo & the location. It was very comfortable & had plenty of space. We were able to walk to dinner every night. The check in process could not have been easier. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The unit was very clean and well stocked with cooking items. It is a great layout for multiple families. One bed’s mattress sneaked every time you rolled over. It would have been nice if we could have checked in online instead of having to drive back into town after skiing all day.

Only problem was the temperature we could not figure out how to cool the room down without opening the back door. The only thermostat we found was at the lowest temperature.

Great Week, Great Location

We had a really fun week. We rented this unit and another right beside for our larger group. It was clean and nice and it was great to have lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and beautiful views.

Beautiful view & convenient location

We enjoyed our week at this property. The location is perfect for the Summit County area. Parking, check-in, location were all top notch. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. Unfortunately, if you are sensitive to the heat, the loft is nearly unusable during the summer. The entire unit was very warm during our stay & fans weren’t quite enough. You’ll probably have to add air conditioning at some point. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

Motorcycle trip

Excellent location 2 restaurants right there and a grocery store. Coffee shop should be open at 6:00 not 8:00. Also the gym should be open by 6:00. But overall we had a blast the room was beautiful and accommodated all 8 of us real well. Definitely will head out that way again in a few years

Family ski vacay

We had a wonderful time. The property was really nice. Only recommendation would be more seating for the living room area and a few large pans for cooking for large groups. The view from the window of the mountain was magnificent. Would stay there again.

Great Stay

The listing looked identical to the pictures shown. The view from the bedrooms and living room was very nice. Each bedroom also has a bathroom. Heated parking was also a plus. A quick 10 minute walk to gondola. Overall a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Awesome!

The condo was great! It was exactly as described, including all the reviews. Clean organized. Short shuttle to ski at Keystone. There are t a Tempurpedic type mattress. So if you like one that forms to you, this is the place for you! Also there are fans in the upstairs closets, to keep air circulating. Overall very pleased for our family vacation!

Location, Location, Location

My family of 6 had a fantastic stay at this property, which is ideally situated between several Colorado must sees. It’s within a few hours of RMNP, Denver and Aspen. Nearby to Breckenridge, Vail, etc. The unit was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Only suggestions would be a few nightlights (for some ambient light for bathroom trips at night), updated “non-stick frying pans” and screen slider, from master bedroom to porch, needs repair (all very minor issues). Overall, our stay was wonderful! We had no need to call the property manager because everything was very clearly outlined with detailed instructions. Highly recommend this property, and the Keystone area, if you’re planning a trip to Colorado.
