Luxurious 2 Bedroom Condo on El Medano Beach - Villa La Estancia

La Estancia is a 5 start condominium resort in a prime location on Medano beach, the only safe swimmable beach in the area.

This 2 bedroom is spacious and accommodates up to 6 guests with two private bedrooms, a living room with a pull out couch, and 3 full baths. The master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and has a spacious breakfast bar.

You will love the location, just minutes from town by taxi or even walking. The swim up bar takes relaxation to another level as you look out to the Sea of Cortez.

The resort is adjacent to Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco where you can use many of the amenities. There is also an OPTIONAL all inclusive package that you may purchase. This will give you access to multiple restaurants and bars at Estancia, Palmar, and Arco for a true culinary adventure. Upon booking, I will connect you with your personal concierge who will help you customize your vacation to meet your every desire (transportation from airport, excursions, etc.)! #vacationgoals

Excellent Villa!

Our stay at Villa La Estancia was wonderful! To start, the booking process was seamless. We had all of our questions answered promptly. Great communication. Our suite was exactly as stated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area and balcony offered a great place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Our housekeeping staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and are contemplating a family get together with the grandkids. Perfect gathering place.

Beautiful property located in a beautiful resort

My family had a wonderful vacation staying at this unit in La Estancia. It was absolutely beautiful. Great furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for us all. My kids thought it was the coolest thing ever to have their own "wing" since they could go in there after a day at the pool/beach and just chill for a little bit while mom and dad enjoyed the huge outdoor patio. This was also where we enjoyed breakfast each morning! Before our stay, Sarah was very responsive to all of our questions as we had never stayed at this resort before. As for the resort, it is gorgeous. We loved the pool, the beach, and having access to the spa, the pools, and the restaurants at the two neighboring resorts gave us just enough change of scenery to keep our kids going and going. I would absolutely recommend La Estancia and Sarah for an amazing destination.
