Thank you for your review and the kind words as it pertains to convenience, proximity to stores and restaurants, cozy interior, well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable mattresses. Cookie sheets located and placed at guests’ fingertips. We take great pride in our home. We encourage guest to contact us during their stay as opposed to waiting until checkout. Fabric material couch fairly young, with no rips, holes, stains or tears, cushions are not worn and not deformed. Open to researching couches with different material type. One bedroom observed with (2) small spots from a metal stool leg. Scheduled for another spot cleaning. Plumber reported water pressure for private well water pump system within normal to above normal. New shower heads allow guest to adjust water style and pressure. The cooler with beer, although a nice amenity, was not left by host/owner for guest use or consumption. Cooler and beer discarded. If requested we will accommodate this added amenity at a cost. Operable bikes left outside for guest accessibility. Brackish (salt/fresh water) spray from the bay will rust bike metal. Bike rusting is beyond our control and nearly impossible to manage, reasessing bike options. During a hurricane storm surge, we secured all outdoor items from flying or floating away. For this reason the canoe and kayak was filled with water and taken out of commission. Four new paddle boards were available for guest to use after storm surge no longer pose a threat.
