You’re surrounded by outdoor activities every season of the year at this cozy, two-bedroom condo. If the weather is good, take your morning coffee out onto the back deck and listen to the water gently running the Rocky Branch River. After such a relaxing start, head back inside to prep breakfast. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a full spread, or just a bowl of cereal if you're feeling lazy – why not? You're on vacation. Have a seat at the dining table for eight to enjoy a meal together, and once you've popped the dishes in the dishwasher, head out to explore. There's skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, snowshoeing and more in the winter. The warmer months offer a plethora of opportunities for hiking, sailing, golf, horseback riding, mountain climbing and more.

If you'd rather stay closer to home, your condo offers access to a shared pool - don't forget to grab a pool noodle out of the closet - as well as tennis and basketball courts. There's plentiful outlet shopping around seven miles away as well. However you spend your day, it will be a pleasure to return to your cozy home away from home. Snuggle in on the sofa to stream your favorite shows or load up a DVD. Not in the mood for TV? Take a nightcap out onto your back deck and end the day as you began, listening to the soft lapping of the Rocky Branch River, and planning for another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

Quiet and well maintained

This space was prefect for three adults. It allowed us to make meals, do laundry and each have our own bathroom and bedroom spaces. The property was clean and quiet. We visited in the hot summer and the temperature was fine. All went smoothly.

Overall we had a great stay, the place was clean and very comfortable. We had them come unexpectedly paint and sand our deck when we were there , nobody said they were coming and they were there at 8 am and told us we couldnt go on our deck all day. The area was quiet and conveniently located to up town NoCo! The river added a nice traquil apund out on the back deck and we enjoyed movie nights on the couch , i loved staying here!

Excellent location

We loved the location of the property. We skied at Bretton Woods one day and Cranmore the next. The condo was convenient to everything. We found it as advertised other than the couch in the living room, which has been replaced and was a nice surprise. Nice open space for movies, games and dining.

Nature’s Getaway

Great condo centrally located to all of the must see’s in the North Conway area. Quiet and relaxing. More than enough space for a large family or two small families. Loved that extra supplies we lefts for keeping things tidy (trash bags, dishwasher tabs).

Nice spot for quick getaway

This was a nice condo to stay at for a night or two. I wish it had some of the little things that really make it a more comfortable stay like a box of Kleenex, a hairdryer, any games/cards, extra blankets, and firewood. Otherwise, it was a nice little spot. Very clean and just as the pictures show.

Many items broken and kitchen was oddly stocked. Beds weren’t that comfortable. No extra blankets. Front door was broken on arrival. Bathrooms were not that clean. 2nd TV wasn’t working. Location was great, and communication was good. I’ve never left a less than great review. Overall we weren’t there for the house but for the location. However, I wouldn’t rent again.

Overall good. Spacious layout was perfect for our multi generation group 4 total. Wish there were better views of the river that is a very short distance out back. Living room couch needs to be replaced! Bring your hairdryer. Plenty of towels, enjoyed the deck. AC in main room is perfectly adequate. Bedrooms in the lower level were plenty cool without AC. Pretty close to local attractions. Would stay there again.

Family NH getaway

This was a very lovely and well maintained large split level condo!! We appreciated having the upstairs (main level) air conditioned during the heat wave! No need for it in the downstairs as it stayed quite cool. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The couch in the living room was beautiful, new and huge! It was great for family movie night on an equally huge screen. The location was awesome. Minutes from Storyland and we went out for dinner in North Conway for 2 evenings. There's a little outdoor pool for the whole complex within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Th kitchen was not an equipped kitchen — old scratched, rusty Teflon pans, cookie sheets and no spatulas or other cooking utensils. We specifically brought food to prepare dinner in one evening and it was a complete challenge to figure out how to make a meal using what was provided. The master bathroom toilet broke and while someone came to look at it quickly it was not fixed and a plumber needed to be called in so we were not able to use that bathroom during our stay. We were told that while it may be an inconvenience there is another bathroom?!The bedrooms are on the lower level, and there was only one thin comforter on each bed - the thermostat pops off and on but it would have been great to have additional blankets to add to a bed rather than having to crank up the heat all night and listening to the big fan/blower go off and on all night.The condo is situated in a super convenient location near Attitash, and downtown North Conway which was terrific.

The home was clean and well-maintained. Dishes, cutlery, cookware, and cleaning supplies were all provided. We had a nice and comfortable stay here. That said, as others have noted, the couch needs to be replaced, and there were some flies.

Nice getaway spot

Comfortable place to stay with plenty of room and everything most travelers would need. Was a little concerned about the partial A/C, but the window unit was powerful enough to keep the place cool. Location was remote enough to feel like you're in the woods but still close enough to many attractions, stores, etc.

Exactly as pictured.

If you are looking for a spacious place, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to town, for a decent price, this is it. This location is a very clean, comfortable condo with appliances, (including full washer and dryer), that are very convenient for a family staying for more than a day or two. The furnishings are dated (as seen in picture), but we aren't there for home decorating, or luxury, upscale concierge serve. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, extra pillows, and sheets if you need them. All of the cookware, small appliances and dishwasher were nice. There was air conditioning upstairs in the living area. That is a must now with our current health conditions. If you aren't bothered by older decor, and are looking for convenience and location, this is the place. Thank you!
