Profitez de vos prochaines vacances dans ce magnifique condo Eagle Ridge à Intervale, dans le New Hampshire, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Ce condo bien équipé au premier étage comprend des draps "Cuddl Duds" et des serviettes moelleuses et peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le design à aire ouverte permet aux clients de profiter de la compagnie de chacun en cuisinant ou en regardant la télévision. La cuisine comprend tous les essentiels de base ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle et de beaux comptoirs en granit. Les trois chambres offrent beaucoup d'espace et comprennent; une chambre avec lit superposé (double sur le dessus, double en bas), une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre principale avec lit queen et salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi une deuxième salle de bain complète au large du salon. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur le porche arrière et admirez la magnifique vue sur la montagne. Le soir, recherchez les étoiles filantes et les constellations, la vue sur le ciel nocturne en montagne est tout simplement incroyable! L'association offre une grande piscine creusée et un court de tennis, tous deux disponibles pour les clients.

Ce condo a un excellent emplacement pour toute saison, à proximité du ski et du snowboard, à quelques minutes de North Conway, des sentiers de randonnée pédestre et VTT incroyables, Story Land et bien plus encore!

We came to NH to take in the Fryeburg Fair, arrived to a beautiful view, comfortable and clean place to stay for the weekend. Area restaurants were great! At night we relaxed on the porch with a view, played cards at the dining table and watched tv. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the condo was very spacious, and the beautiful views and amazing sunsets were definitely highlights of our trip. The pool was also a great feature — it was heated, and surprisingly quiet during our stay, so we were able to enjoy it without many other people around.There are a few things to be aware of, especially if you’re considering staying during the summer. The condo does not have AC, which I admittedly did not realize when I booked. It was comfortable enough at night, but we found ourselves moving fans around from room to room to try to keep everyone comfortable. Traveling with small children also made the lack of AC a little more challenging. We needed to keep the windows open for airflow, but then the morning sun would shine directly into the kids’ rooms, causing them to wake up very early.The screen door was also broken, which was inconvenient since there was no AC and the screen door would have provided an important source of airflow. The realtor was wonderful and worked quickly to get us a temporary magnetic screen solution, which we really appreciated.One other thing to be aware of is -you cannot go directly to the condo and access it with a code or key box. You physically have to stop at the real estate office to pick up the The lack of AC made the stay a little more work than I was hoping for when I wanted a relaxing and easy vacation.

Second time was a charm.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property (see previous review from February of 2023). Everything was as advertised and the accommodations were excellent. Great property for families who want to explore the the North Conway area. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay there again.

The Eagle has landed!

Went up with my wife, dad and sons. The condo was perfect for us. Three bedrooms were perfect for us. The view out back was beautiful and we were even able to sled outside of the condo! The location is great, just a short drive to everything the area has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable Hilltop Condo w/Great Views & Access to N. Conway

A very well-appointed and cozy condo within a small, hilltop community that is minutes from Cranmore and North Conway. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Ideal for a single family (3 bedrooms, 4 beds) with good-sized shared space. Management company was communicative and easy to work with. Would stay here again the next time we are in town. Very much recommend this property.

Clean and convenient

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, very convenient to cranmore (which has plenty for the kids to do along with skiing), close to shopping areas, had all the amenities one would need and check in and check out were a breeze. The only thing we missed was having an indoor pool/jacuzzi but we just went down the street kahuna Laguna instead. We would definitely come back!

This was a very nice property with beautiful views of the mountains. The beds were comfortable and unit had plenty of dishes, utensils and towels. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The check in/out process was manageable but not ideal as you had to go to property management company to get key on way to unit and then drop off key after checking out. Our only issue was not having hot water for showers first morning as breaker to hot water heater had been shut off. Personnel at property management were helpful in providing recommendations for things to see in the area.

A Wonderful Vacation

We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo, we had a fantastic stay. The condo is spacious, clean and modern. It has all you need to a stay, plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable places to relax. The condo development is so quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool and tennis courts are a fun bonus. Courtney at Select Real Estate was a pleasure to work with, everything went very smoothly. We will definitely return to this unit.

Beautiful view, great location!

Visited for a few nights with adults and one child (almost 6 y/o). Fairly well stocked, nice layout and great views. Minor notes: the decorative pine cones were a cute touch but made the coffee table unusable for games or snacks. Also, every room had a number of pillows we could only describe as "overwhelming" and there were no reasonable places to store them. (The bedroom I was in had 12.) Otherwise, a great visit! The pool was lovely and the view from the porch was gorgeous.
