Lakefront with no steps to 7 slip boat dock & covered swim platform. Private boat launch/vehicle/ATV/trailer parking on site. Convenient to I-75, shopping & restaurants. Pet friendly (see limitations below). Cabin is fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Age of Guests - One adult age 24 or older must be listed on the rental agreement. Max 6 people.
2. Day Visitors are permitted, but are the responsibility of the listed guests. Only registered guests are permitted overnight.
3. Pets - 2 pets maximum permitted. Per HOA policy, no Dobermans, Rottweilers or Pit Bulls allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Pet fee is required.
4. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Sand container provided on porch. Please dispose of smoking waste accordingly.
5. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. House linens are to be used indoors only. Please bring your own beach towels.
7. Septic System - please use only septic friendly toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or other materials as this will cause the system to clog.
8. Coolers - Coolers must remain outdoor/on porch only.
9. Quiet Hours are Midnight - 8:00am.
10. Check Out - 10:00am
11. No open flames indoors and no fireworks on property. Open fires permitted in fire pit only.
12. Liability - Owners are not responsible for accidents, injury or illness that may occur. Homeowners are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables of the guests.

* As the cottage is located in a cove, it is impacted by the seasonal depth of Norris Lake. Water levels vary throughout the year, but typically, the boat launch is accessible from mid-April through Labor Day. Depending on the length of your boat, you may have difficulty launching if water levels are low. In such cases, Indian River Marina boat launch is less than 2 minutes away and has year-round depth for launching.
