This multi-level 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is equipped with a little extra for the guest's enjoyment and offers two full living areas. It sleeps 12 across one king bed, three queen beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level living area. The living room features stylish décor, ample seating, a gas fireplace and large windows looking out into the courtyard with mountains just over top. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make the property feel extravagant in space. This home even has a private hot tub for soaking after a long day on the slopes! Guests can take advantage of the private heated garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Plus you are located just a 10 minute walk away from the Mountain House base area of Keystone and only a 10 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin!
Upon entry through the main door guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted smart TV, cozy furnishings, and surrounding windows offering spectacular views. Cooking in the large, open kitchen will be an event in itself as it's equipped with anything you may need to host for a large party. The stainless steel appliances and granite countertops bring its own luxury to the kitchen. The gas stove will bring that perfect range of heat and flavor. For the coffee lovers, there is also an espresso coffee machine. The dining area offers seating for eight, perfect for a meal with the whole family.
All of the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with room to live freely while here. Each room is tastefully decorated, adding its own uniqueness to the property. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, modern furnishings, walk-in closet, and sitting area. The primary bathroom features a jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after your adventurous vacation days! The main level guest bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony and a en suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom located on the main level.
The lower level guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and a en suite bathroom. This bedroom is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The private bathroom features a shower/tub combination with a glass surround. The second lower level guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering plenty of sleeping options. The lower level guest bathroom features a standing shower. Also located on the lower level is the second living area, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements! The hot tub and backyard green space can be accessed through the door in the second living area. Guests can also do laundry with ease thanks to the private washer and dryer in-home.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
