A well-appointed home will be fantastic for anyone wanting to stay in Midlothian/Chesterfield & is 25 mins from Richmond. Sleeps 8 comfortably and another 2-4 with the use of air mattresses; see "spaces" for details, 2.5 baths, 2 dining & a living room! The outdoor kitchen will offer plenty of opportunities to grill while enjoying the patio, w/table/chairs & fire pit, or the screened-in porch, w/TV. The indoor kitchen is fully-stocked & large enough to prepare meals for family & friends. Commercial whole house water filtration system included.

Very clean home and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! I personally loved the massage chair in the owner’s bedroom lol. The only downside was the grill wasn’t working and we were looking forward to cooking out. We were able to use the fire pit and make smores and our kids enjoyed that! The patio area is very nice. Overall, really great stay. Thank you, Tina.

One of my favorites!!! The space to gather together with family and play games was wonderful! The kitchen made it feel like home.Sitting on back porch with a glass of wine in front of the fire pit made it hard to leave!!!

We are frequent VRBO renters and this house was among the best. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and lots of spaces to gather together. VERY clean, and kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked. Host Tina was responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

This was an awesome house, it look just like the pictures and more amazing in person. It was perfect fit for my whole family. The neighborhood was nice the check-in process was easy and communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect home for visit with Relatives!

Tina's home was so clean, so well equipped and just super comfortable! My family enjoyed it immensely, cooked a wonderful meals for elderly relatives who we were visiting and loved the screened in porch. Would stay here again in a minute!!!

Great accomodations!

Overall, Tina's home is in a fantastic location and had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. She also provides everything you need, which we appreciated. That said, the home could really benefit from deeper cleaning and some updates. The carpets and walls felt a bit run down. With some improvements, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

I am Tina, and I am your host. I started hosting three years ago and am a super host on Airbnb. I love to travel and fell in love with hosting so much that I ditched my 30+ year career to do it full time and manage other's properties. I am dedicated to making your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. My home is beautiful and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are open to your stay as long as you do not disrupt the peaceful tranquility of their own homes; you might even meet a few. We have a great relationship, and they will even notify me of any trouble occurring at the home, they did help set the rules. My previous career was in the veterinary field. Even though I love pets, I don't allow them to stay for a number of different reasons; most notably, I try and stay sensitive to other guests' allergies to pets. When I have allowed pets in the past, I have ALWAYS been disappointed, so I don't entertain it any longer; I am sorry.

My home is welcoming, comfortable, and beautiful. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio, screened porch, or around the kitchen island. It is a great place to gather, the kitchen island that is, and fill it with food, great conversation, and laughter. Blue-tooth your favorite music through the living room tv and use the sound bar for added sound. Add some wood to the firepit and cushions to the chairs and enjoy sitting around the fire, don't forget to turn on the overhead lights. Enjoy grilling on the outdoor kitchen/grill. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are soft and cozy. Hanging around on Saturday or Sunday, enjoy a game on the screened-in porch which will be made cozy with window inserts and a heater during the winter. This well-appointed house is a great home away from home.
