There are several short flights of stairs throughout the residence. The front porch has five steps leading to the front door.

Inside, the home features two sets of stairs:

• One set of eight steps leads from the kitchen and living room areas to the upper level, where you`ll find the king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and an additional bedroom which includes two queen beds.

• Another set of three to four steps in the kitchen leads down to the basement/rec area.

This is a split-level home, with the kitchen and dining area located on the main level.

There’s free street parking available here in front of the home and a full driveway. To get around, a car is recommended, but there is bus transit available here, as well as ride-sharing services, such as Uber and Lyft.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
