Spacious

The house was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. The check in and check out process was easy and the extra hour of checkout was much appreciated. Great for family and friends. Quiet location. Plenty of parking and pet friendly too.

Several misrepresented items listed on the ad No central air Only sleeps 10 with the use of two air mattresses on the floor.

Nothing is misrepresented with this listing. A) HVAC is brand new. B) 2 Queen air mattresses are clearly listed on the ad as where guests 7-10 can sleep. Customer had "issues" with home per their standards and wasn't offered refund and left a retaliatory review as a result. See all other reviews for accurate feedback on the property.

Great Location

This house was the perfect spot for what we had planned. We were two families with teenagers and this house was perfect for all 7 of us. The house was extremely clean and it is very modern on the inside we had no complaints at all. Charles was a very responsive host-it was cold over the weekend and we needed the temperature adjusted in the house and he responded right away-don’t think it even took two minutes to respond. The area was quiet and had no issues at all. We didn’t travel far to keep our teenagers entertained because this house was just minutes from The Domain where we shopped, booked a VR experience at Sandbox (which was a blast) and went to Top Golf. We were also close to Pinballz and a skating rink where everyone including parents had a great time. This house was also close to a lot of breweries but we went to one that had food trucks and it was a good place to hang out try some beer and eat-the pizza truck there was delicious. We also booked a rage room which was also not a long drive at all from the house. We would both stay here again and recommend. Thank you Charles for making the stay easy and comfortable. Five Stars!

Great TV and games!

Back porch area is well done for outdoor living with nice fire pit and BBQ. Inside appliances are well maintained and clean. Unique garbage can! We found the neighborhood perfectly fine - not sure what other reviewers were talking about. Easy in/out access. Charles was accommodating and very responsive to our questions.

Wedding stay in Austin

Great house but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. I'm was a bit disappointed on the outside of the house. The yards, front and back needed to be cut. The inside of the house was spot on, however, the kitchen lacked items that were needed to cook and serve. The ceiling fan in the living room was very noisy so we had to turn it off at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Austin Soccer Vacation

The house is amazing. Everything was super clean and it has more that I was expecting. Location was fabulous. It was in the center of everything we planned to do. Charles was extremely helpful and always available for any question or concerns we had. It was a very short Uber ride to the new Q2 Stadium, and it was amazing. We also travel to Lake Travis several days and the drive was about 25 minutes each way, which was fantastic. The common space in the house is extremely comfortable. Went with 4 teenagers and they loved it. The decorations and gadgets in he house made it even better for all of us. Will recommend 100%. Yk ☀️

Super amazing house!

The location was perfect for me , the home was perfect for me and my friend. The accessible grille in the back was just what I needed for some steaks. Very clean and accommodating. The pantry is overly stocked and was Nice to use here and there. Would absolutely love to stay there again. 5 stars for sure!

Keep Austin Weird

The five of us enjoyed our stay greatly. This location allowed us to go visit family in the area and was only .8 miles from the job my husband was working. Great location for soccer events too. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. Thank you for a nice clean place that was quiet and convenient.

Beautiful!

Beautiful home! Had everything I needed and more. We loved hanging outside on the patio, with the outside fireplace place going. 100% will be coming back here when we’re back in Austin! Loved how we could walk to the Q2 Soccer stadium!! Didn’t have to worry about expensive crazy parking.

Excellent stay!

We came to Austin for my friends bachelorette party, and we all loved this house! It looks exactly like the pictures, and was so clean and cozy. Charles was also very thorough with the check in/out process, which made everything so easy for us. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Austin!

Wonderful experience

The house is very beautiful and clean. The patio was one of the best parts to just relax. The owner is incredibly and very attentive on what I needed. He made it super easy to book. Definitely worth booking and would definitely book again.
