A "Superb" ANC Mid-town home base!

The 'Landing Pad' worked out well for us! Its central location near Merrill Field was ideal for excursions in all directions. Everything was exactly as advertised. The Air Conditioner (in BR) was a pleasant surprise and worked well... Nick was a superb host!

Excellent hosts and great place

Our stay was fantastic. The space was clean and the hospitality was great. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and also gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants while in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place with convenient location

We stayed for a couple of nights here at the end of our Alaska trip. This place was conveniently located and was just what we needed! The blackout curtains worked perfectly for a good night's rest! I'd stay here again if we come back through Anchorage.

Enjoyed our short stay. Communication was excellent. Great directions and information. Loved the aviation theme! Comfortable bed, glad there were blackout curtains. All the little amenities were greatly appreciated. Lots of thought has been put into this great pad. We'd stay here again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I didn’t know the area. There is a LOT of homeless people in anchorage but I didn’t see any around the VRBO we stayed in. It was extremely quiet and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle (especially since they have cameras pointing at the parking lot and around the building). I appreciated being able to cook and do laundry for our son who is stationed at JBER. Would I stay here again, absolutely. We didn’t have any issues (thank goodness). Trina

Great apartment in a great location

Very nicely appointed unit in a location that was centrally located for our visit. It was spotless and welcoming and had everything we could have needed. Having the luxury of a washer and dryer was definitely a bonus! Although it is located next to a small yet fairly busy airport, we were never bothered by what one might consider “airport noise”. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Alaska vacation even better!

15 minutes from most places in town. Convenient, clean, friendly, accommodating. The only area of improvement would be WIFI speed and stability. Would definitely stay again.

The landing pad

This was a great little apartment for our quick trip up to anchorage. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The place was stocked with every thing you could need. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and very polite. I would definitely stay here again when we come back for another visit.

Very nice and clean. The only trouble I had was not having the pass code for the door that leads into the apartment. I called the owner, and he called me back within 20 minutes with the pass code and I was able to enter without any other problems. I traveled with a friend, and he slept on the pull-out with no complaints.
