Sleeping arrangements for 1 to 12 people, this home is the larger unit of a duplex. This unit offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room (with a queen size sleeper sofa), and a full kitchen with new appliances. It was completely renovated by the owners, and they’ve furnished it with a lot of love and care. You’ll enjoy the perks of appliances such as a washer, dryer, and other smaller kitchen necessities!

Located in the best neighborhood on Shore Drive, my home is steps from Chic’s Beach, and popular restaurants like HK on the Bay, Buoy44, Zia Maria, and Commonwealth Brewery. Hope to venture outside of the neighborhood? No problem! This home is less than 5 minutes away from places like Bubba’s (voted restaurant with best view) and The Back Deck (repeat offender of the best fish tacos in town). You can even go for hikes at First Landing State Park, located just a few miles away. Your host is a local and can be reached by phone at any time if you have any questions about activities.

Note the smaller unit in the duplex is rented out to an annual tenant, so we ask that you respect the home & the neighbor sharing a wall with you. The backyard serves as a shared space, but there is plenty of yard space to lounge or play games. You’ll find some backyard furniture to encourage hang outs!
