Cette maison peut accueillir 14 personnes. Notre maison de plage confortable ouverte et spacieuse est située dans la vieille plage paisible et calme. Notre maison est à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage en bord de mer et à distance de marche du centre de congrès, d'un supermarché haut de gamme, de restaurants, du musée d'art contemporain, du parc de planche à roulettes et de toutes les activités et sites amusants qu'offre la promenade. Le Virginia Beach Convention Center est à 4 pâtés de maisons. Il y a un parking privé pour 5 véhicules.

Il y a une belle cour arrière pour les dîners à l'extérieur avec une grande cour privée clôturée.

Les clients entrent par la 1/2 rue calme et entrent par l'arrière de la propriété.

Nice place. The weather was really cold and there was a high wing alert so that may have been part of the reason the furnace couldn’t keep up. We woke up and it was only 62 in the house.

The home had tons of room and was very clean. It made for a great central meeting point for family from out of town for our son’s wedding. It was well stocked, close to everything and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Property was in walking distance to most everything we needed, but was off a busy street which could be loud at times. The kitchen was well stocked. The fenced in yard was a plus for our small puppy! Overall, this property fit our family well.

Great location. Close to beach and boardwalk. House accommodates large families/groups easily. Too cold to enjoy the fenced in backyard but it gives an extra sense of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

VA Beach Stay

Our family is excited to share with you a hidden secret at the oceanfront Virginia Beach. We currently live in the community of Old Beach and absolutely love the vibe and location. We decided to share one of our homes this year as a beach rental and we hope you love it too!

We love the location of the Relaxation Station and we absolutely love the community. We decided to rent this awesome place for families to make lasting memories like we did when we lived there. We now live in a smaller home in OLD BEACH.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love this home because it is within walking and bicycling distance to what we think is everything. The home itself is very open and spacious and has a beach vibe. The back yard is so welcoming in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day and the large backyard is a great place for children and adults to play games. Sit by the fire in the evening and have a glass of wine around the fire pit with beach chairs.
