Visit Isle of Wight, a wildlife preserve with picnic areas, kayaking spots, and piers for crabbing and fishing. Spend the day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park, featuring roller coasters, miniature golf, and a water park. Drive less than eight miles to Baja Amusements, a 10-acre fun park offering go-karts and mini-golf. Test your luck at Oceans Down Casino, 11 miles away.

Unwind into vacation mode on the large sectional and armchair in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances.

The pool is unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
