Magnifique condo Bayside avec vue sur le canal avant et glissades en bateau

Blue Marlin est un complexe de condominiums en bordure de baie situé directement sur le canal sur la 120th Street. Ce bùtiment de quatre étages possÚde une piscine extérieure et un ascenseur. Le condo est situé au quatriÚme étage avec une vue absolument magnifique sur le canal et la baie. Les plafonds voûtés créent un espace ouvert et grand dans un confortable condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain. La chambre principale a un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Le salon a un canapé-lit gigogne. Laveuse et sécheuse situées directement dans la buanderie du condo. Un espace de stationnement désigné pour l'unité sous le bùtiment avec un stationnement supplémentaire à l'extérieur. Le grand porche est merveilleux pour les brises du matin et les couchers de soleil du soir. Idéalement situé à la célÚbre Crabcake Factory, WAWA, CVS et Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts et Greene Turtle, Shopping et bien d'autres endroits

Everything was so perfect and we had a wonderful stay for 9 days. We loved the nice view from the balcony and the poolarea. Very close to Foodlion and the beach - was so perfect for us. And perfect with code for the door and no keys.

Family vacation

Overall, great location and good communication with host. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Cleanliness was good overall, with exception of carpeted areas( dirty and stained) and some unclean dishes in the cabinets.

Favorite Place in OC

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this condo. It is comfortable, great location and feels like home. The owner is super friendly and has great communication. We will certainly be renting again.

If you like to be on the higher streets and don’t mind a short 7/8 minute walk to the beach this property is for you ! Host has excellent communication from booking to check out. There was an issue with the toilet upon check in and there was someone to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Would Stay Again Great location, Pool & View

Family would stay again. Comfy beds. Kitchen supplies stocked with all needs. Great layout, valuted ceilings are a bonus. Balcony space is wonderful, relaxing, nice furniture too. Pool is fantastic open 9 to 9. Appreciate a TV in both bedrooms. A/C kept all rooms cool. Communication with Property manager was easy, and super attentive!!Cleaning group does a good job cleaning counter tops, floors, bathrooms.

The location is perfect.. beautiful view of Bayside and boat dock from balcony..the table and chairs allowed for enjoying breakfast lunch or dinner outside. walking distance to wawa..CVS.. beach and grocery store. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Appliances a little outdated..but everything worked as it should. The pool was right below the condo, the elevator made getting to room and pool very easy. Very easy to connect with Host. Would recommend this place to couples or family with teens.

Great rental in a prime location. Clean, comfortable, and everything was in working condition. Listing was very accurate and all amenities were as promised. While it could use some updating, please note that everything was fully functional and more than adequate for our needs.

Perfect location and great host

This location was super close to shops, coffee, and the beach. Host was very communicative and responded to all questions quickly. We loved the outdoor space and view- definitely great to spend part of the work day out there! The family room was a great place to watch movies and hang out together. Spacious kitchen, clean bathrooms, and relaxing bedrooms- overall great place!

Fantastic OC Condo

This is our third stay at this condo and it is a fantastic property. It has created an OC tradition for our family. The place is clean, well stocked and in the perfect neighborhood for a family with young kids. Anthony the owner communicates exceptionally well and is a pleasure to deal with. Great location in uptown OCMD. Anthony was very easy to communicate with. The unit could use a deep clean of floor mats etc but it was generally clean for our stay. We had an amazing time and the fireworks view is unmatched from the balcony.

Exactly what we needed

We were in town for the OCJF and this place was perfect. It has covered parking and the condo complex is safe and quiet. The condo itself is nice and suited our needs peefectly. Anthony was great to work with and responded to our questions quickly. Overall a great experience.

Location is everything

Seriously such a great location in an area of OCMD that has tons to walk to and given the traffic at times, walking is the quickest way to travel. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. Condo has a nice layout, beds were comfy which is a huge plus, a/c worked great, and it was so helpful to have the washer and dryer. Would recommend this place and the host. Thank you!

Ocean City retreat

Lovely stay in a very comfortable home. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. Everything was close by- restaurants, shops, mini golf and go-karting. Accommodation was as described. Kitchen was more than adequate with many items and ample plates and cutlery. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The owner Anthony was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.

Convenient and quiet

5 of us, ages 12-76, stayed 5 days. Perfect location, from the closeness of the elevator and pool, to being in the vicinity of places to eat and shop, to the views from the deck. Comfortable rooms, enough space. Appliances are aging but everything worked great. We never heard a peep from anyone around us. We’ll be back.
