Beautiful attached clean Casita with a separate entrance -No animals allowed

Come on over and relax at this peaceful retreat. We are central to Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.
Our home is close to lots of great restaurants and stores where you can shop in the beautiful town of Queen Creek. We're approx 25 mins (9 miles) from Frwy, & about 50 mins (40 miles) to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas. Mesa/Gateway Airport is close by, and the Phoenix Airport is 39 miles from here. 7 minutes to Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre as well as Pecan Lake Entertainment, 20 minutes to Arizona Athletic Grounds, 30 minutes to Country Thunder in Florence, 60 minutes to WM Phx Open in SD.

Our home is very quiet and cozy. We have been told by other guests that the environment is very peaceful. We are excited and happy to share it with you.
-No pets allowed due to allergies
*Full disclosure: We do have two hypoallergenic dogs and children in the home with us. We try to keep the noise to a minimum, and our children go to bed rather early. We will be respectful to you as guests with our noise level, and we ask that you do the same for us. With that being said, please understand you will hear the children most likely, and you will hear the dogs bark as you come and go.

The bedroom includes a Queen bed.
If you like sleeping under the stars, turn the bedroom lights on for about 15-20 minutes before bed. Enjoy!

There is a pull-out couch in the living room that turns into a full-sized bed.

The Casita fits 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 if need be.
*There is an extra full-sized mattress that can be put down on the floor in the bedroom if you need that.

Guest access
The Casita is attached to our home, and we have a shared wall. We are separated for privacy by an inside door that will remain closed and locked.

There is street parking available in front of the house for one or two cars. Please let us know if you will have more than that. Additional parking is available near the mailboxes across the street.

Other things to note:
We are pleased to offer you Roku with live streaming and free Wi-Fi.

We would appreciate it if you would remember to turn off the lights as you come and go. The A/C and Heater are separate, so you will be able to adjust as needed.
