I welcome you to my charming villa, L’Éden Home, with 180m² of living space and a 1000m² garden, accommodating up to 6 people. Ideal for couples, friends, or families, it is comfortable, bright, tastefully decorated, and relaxing, nestled in the hills of Nice. Free private parking is available on site.

Located in a quiet, green neighborhood of Gairaut, 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the city center by tram (the tram stop is a 5-minute drive or a 200-meter walk via bus). Nearby attractions include the Gairaut waterfall, canal walks, restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, and a bar/tobacconist.

My house is in the heart of a quiet and green area of Gairaut.

(the bus stop is 200m from the house),
15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from downtown Nice by tram.

♨️ Consignes d`utilisation du Spa de Nage
1 — Utilisation du Spa

Avant chaque utilisation, merci de prendre une douche à l`extérieur afin de retirer toute trace de crème solaire, huile ou produit cosmétique.

Ces produits peuvent rendre l`eau trouble et grasse, et nuire au bon fonctionnement du système de filtration.

Après utilisation, et particulièrement en soirée, merci de remettre la couverture thermique du spa (sauf pendant les mois de juin, juillet et août).

Sans cette protection, la température de l`eau baisse rapidement et plusieurs jours peuvent être nécessaires pour retrouver une température optimale.

⚠️ Important :

Le spa n`est pas équipé d`une alarme ni d`une barrière de sécurité pour les enfants.
Une couverture thermique et anti-chute est mise à votre disposition.
Son utilisation et la surveillance des enfants relèvent de l`entière responsabilité des parents ou accompagnants.
Il est strictement interdit de marcher, s`asseoir ou sauter sur la couverture. Celle-ci n`est pas conçue pour supporter le poids d`un adulte.
2 — Niveau d`eau du Spa

Merci de vérifier régulièrement le niveau d`eau du spa durant votre séjour.

Si nécessaire, veuillez compléter le niveau afin d`assurer le bon fonctionnement du système de filtration et de chauffage.

3 — Stores et Bannes de Terrasse

En cas de vent fort, d`orage ou de fortes pluies, merci de replier les stores et bannes de terrasse afin d`éviter tout risque de détérioration.
