appartement villa détente vue sur mer quelques minutes de Monaco..

Charmante apparemment villa de plain-pied avec une vue imprenable sur la mer Méditerranée et les montagnes environnantes. Spacieux avec de belles terrasses privées - parking disponible sans frais supplémentaires.

Nous vous proposons un séjour de détente en famille et entre amis, pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur, Monaco et l'Italie.

Deux (2) chambres doubles, une (1) chambre simple, une (1) salle de bain, salon et salle à manger séparés par une arche, cuisine équipée. Cette maison peut accueillir une famille ou un groupe d'amis pour des vacances ou des affaires.

L'intérieur de la maison a été entièrement rénové. La literie est en excellent état comme neuf. Tous les lits ont des couettes et des oreillers. Le linge de maison (couvertures, draps, taies d'oreiller, serviettes, nappes) et les serviettes sont fournis. Un fer et une planche à repasser sont disponibles.

La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, plaques de cuisson, four, micro-ondes et machine à café à capsules (thé, café, ).

Dans le salon, il y a une télévision grand écran avec Wi-Fi.

Aspirateur, balais, éponges, produits de nettoyage ... tout est mis à votre disposition pour maintenir la propreté et l'hygiène de votre maison.

A votre arrivée, un livret de bienvenue vous sera remis qui pourra vous aider à trouver des réponses à vos questions, sinon nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous aider. Vous avez également à votre disposition des agendas et des programmes d'événements, des guides des sites touristiques, des plans des villes de Monaco, Nice et autres attractions locales.

Un service d'accueil à Monaco ou à l'aéroport de Nice est possible selon votre horaire et nos disponibilités. Nous pouvons également faire quelques courses (nourriture, boisson, etc.) avant votre arrivée, selon vos envies et envies.

L'arrivée se fait après 16h Le départ avant 10h .

Une table et des chaises de jardin et des barbecues / four à pizza sont disponibles pour les déjeuners et dîners sur l'une des terrasses de la maison. Un ensemble de clubs de golf est disponible pour les amoureux de la petite balle blanche et nous pouvons vous guider vers les meilleurs parcours de la région.

La maison convient aux enfants de 10 ans et plus.

Bien qu'il soit interdit de fumer dans la maison, un accès facile aux terrasses permet de fumer à l'extérieur.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

La maison est sous surveillance vidéo à l’extérieur..(ala porte d’entrée)

Temps de trajet approximatifs en voiture: dix (10) minutes pour Monaco, quinze (15) pour Menton, vingt (20) pour Nice et l'Italie (25 )

Je propose également un bateau CAP CAMARAT avec skipper à la location il suffit de me contacter pour plus de renseignements .

Vous pouvez faire vos courses quotidiennes àCap d'Ail ou au supermarché Casino de Port Hercule à Monaco ou au grand centre commercial (supermarché Carrefour, McDonalds, parfumerie, fleuriste, vêtements, etc.) avec son grand parking souterrain à Fontvieille (Ouest de Monaco ). Pour le commerce de détail haut de gamme, le centre commercial Metropole à côté du casino de Monte-Carlo vaut bien une visite.

So clean, nice, and fantastic location

Minutes from Monaco, easy 20 minute drive to Nice, 10 minutes “up the hill” to exquisite, historic Eze. Charming house that is so clean; high end finished and great bathroom; we LOVED chilling and BBQing on the huge patio outside-bought fabulous meat and veggies in Monaco’s big supermarket on their main drag. We would definitely stay here agai!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed for 3 nights to attend the Monaco GP. The house was just right for 3 people. Easy drive to Monaco and Cap D'ail for groceries and take-out. Good communication with the host.

Great Place in Eze

This is a lovely little apartment. The hostess was fantastic and very helpful. The department was clean and had all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The apartment is not separate, but part of a large house. While it does feel private, there is a family that lives above. It is a little difficult to get to the beach but easily accessible by car if you can find a parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay

The accommodations were great - very clean and well designed. Although we never met our hostess Laty, she was always available and helpful on the phone. One thing to note is that it is very important to have a car if you will be staying at this location. We arrived too late in Nice to rent a car, so we had to go the first night by taxi, and that was a bit of a challenge. But if you have a car, it is a great place with a great view. There was BBQ pit that is exclusively available, which was loaded with briquettes and ready to go for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.

YES Please!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipped and inviting. This was our first trip to Europe so we tried to jam everything into 8 days. We only scheduled two nights at this property - big mistake! We can’t wait to rebook this property when we can come back and stay at a minimum of one week just hanging and immersing ourself in beach life, wine bars and local shopping in Eze proper. Please let it be possible to go back soon! 😊💖

Beautiful Stay! Above and Beyond!

Laty was an absolutely amazing host! Not only was her place beautiful and very well maintained but everything seemed like brand new! She was a true host to us and made us feel at home. She personally showed us around and gave us great trip ideas. The use of the boat for the day was AMAZING!! We got to experience the Mediterranean first hand! The apartment was perfect for us! The view was spectacular and the drive up was easy. We were very happy to have stayed there and have met Laty. We will be back to stay in her place again! If you are planning any time in the French Riviera, this location is amazing! Parking easy. Close proximity to Monaco, Nice and the magical city of Eze. Great property, great location

A comfortable and well equipped property perched on hillside a few km west of Monaco. Well laid out kitchen for self catered meals. Aircon throughout really appreciated. Lovely sunroom and terrace with fantastic view down to the Med. 10 mins by car to two small but well stocked supermarkets and boulangerie in Cap d’Ail Nice and Monaco readily accessible by train from Cap d’Ail or Eze sur Mer (easier station for parking). We also drove to the hilltop villages of Eze and La Turbie (Café de la Fontaine highly recommended) and up to the viewpoints at Parc de la Revere and Tete de Chien (very atmospheric). Highlight of week was firework competition display viewed from Royal Palace in Monaco on the Saturday eve. Thank you Laty for your help and for use of your beautiful property. It was always a real pleasure to return to after a day out.

Lovely home in the sky!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Laty was a fabulous and responsive host. Home was very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen for self catering and wonderful view. The outdoor space is spectacular with wood grill, outdoor seating and even more view. Although part of a multi unit complex, it feels like a single family and is very private. This area is almost exclusively built into a cliff so arriving anywhere requires driving on many hairpin turns. One requires a car to go to restaurants and shops, but none are very far . Highly recommend getting a small rental car vs an SUV…roads not built for large cars! Finding the home was a bit challenging, but Laty sent us a video of how to arrive that was spot on. So it was easy once we found the access road off the main highway. We would definitely recommend!

11 days stay

We stayed here with 5 persons for 11 days. The apartment was not as described in the online advertisement. The rooms were small. The doors of the bathroom and toilet couldn’t closed properly. The fifth person sleep in very small bed, which was not comfortable. The parking place was nearly capable for 2 normal sized cars. It was really tight. The apartment was not really clean, even the water can of the coffee machine was green. Also, the plates were not clean. Furthermore, the owner of the appartement was not really friendly. Nevertheless, the location is beautiful.

thank you my dear T. you are no longer welcome at my place.. you are very very dirty. and not respectful of the place…. you are my first disappointment…. I have always had clean and friendly customers. I now understand why you have no comments on your page. you're lucky I didn't want to cut your stay short. despite the electrical connection of your car on the sly from the house without authorization and the waste of hundreds of liters of water with your inflatable pool during a period of water restrictions... 👹 what an idea to stay by the sea by bringing an inflatable pool .. a piece of advice stay at home by installing your miserable swimming pool on your terrace 😃😃😃😃 that said you can say what you want... I am untouchable because I take care of my respectful customers very well as they become friends. good continuation.😡

Annonce initiale " belle maison de plein pied", alors que c’est un appartement à rdc dans un immeuble de 2 étages. Depuis notre séjour fin juin, l’annonce à été changer!!! Preuve qu’elle était dans son tord. A EVITER.
