Lake Life! 4 BR Waterfront Home on Neely Henry

Life on the water is a unique sensation: the views, the sounds, the sense of peace. Our home is a stylishly decorated and furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath escape right on the water with a boat launch, dock, charcoal BBQ grill and screened in porch. The interior has been stylishly updated and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two kayaks and two paddleboards can be rented upon request ($15 fee each for the duration of your stay). Get away from the stress and treat yourself to our serene lakeside retreat.

Other things to note:
Kayak and paddleboard requests need to be made at least 7 days prior to stay. This allows enough time for our staff to prepare the equipment for your use.
The water and ice maker does not work in the refrigerator. The cold water from the kitchen sink is filtered. Please bring ice with you if you need it.
The boat slips are for owner use only. You are free to use the dock and boat launch area.

The listing was accurate and the neighborhood was excellent. The lake view from the porch and dock were perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The house is older but has a recent complete remodel. The master bedroom is large with a large bath. However, it got much warmer than the rest of the house and we had to open the window at night. The temperature was difficult to regulate in the house not being familiar with the thermostat. The kitchen has all you need. Nice gas stove. Plenty of room in upstairs and downstairs living rooms. The yard is very large and maintained. The dock and lake would be great in the summer. The host was easy to work with and gave us an earlier than expected check in. Nice surprise. Communication was quick and timely. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO property! From the start, communication with the property owner was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The house itself was spotless and had such a warm, welcoming feel—it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks, which added a fun and adventurous touch to our lake getaway. Having a grill available was perfect for evenings spent outside by the water. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on the lake. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect! Had everything we needed. A well-stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and a great outdoor area! And as a bonus, a card table in the downstairs area. Hosts were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This home has plenty of room for for our large family to move around without being cramped. The back porch view of the lake and boathouse is very beautiful. Will definitely use this property again in the future.

Nice stay on the lake

Overall stay was nice. We made good use of the lake and the charcoal grill. Place was clean and nicely furnished. Had a couple of issues with a mouse in the basement and the circuit for the refrigerator going out, but the owner responded promptly to remedy. Can be tricky walking through the house with steps up and down but adjusted after a couple of days.

Beautiful home away from home !

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful lake retreat ! The furnishings and decor were lovely and the beds / bedding super comfortable and every inch was so clean !! We had 3 of our 7 family members working from home part of the week and the space accommodated us well !! We had a minor issue with the heating control and the owner came over himself to check it land bought 2 new space heaters just in case we needed them . The views of the lake and sunset are gorgeous - great for family photos !

We had a great time. Great location and close to Rainbow City for groceries/food. We needed a relaxing short getaway for a weekend and this place delivered. The amenities were great and the house was perfect for us. We would love to come back sometime.
