Beautiful Midcentury modern 4 bedroom home

Updated and stylish midcentury modern home in the classy Oakway neighborhood nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street! Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them.

The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table is available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space.

There is off-street parking, 1 open garage space, 2 spaces in the driveway, and street parking is also available.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was a nice location to take walks and the yard was relaxing to just sit and visit in. Will definitely book this house again next time we come for a visit.

Very beautiful and spacious home. Kid and pet friendly with board games to play for the family including a ping pong table in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood.

Everything was perfect! Check in was easy and the kitchen was large enough to cook for our group of 7. The neighbor is quiet and the backyard is secluded and beautifully landscape. Loved this place! Will book again when we are back in Eugene.

Upon arrival cleaning person said front door handle broke off but owner would come by and fix it the afternoon. never heard from her/him. Also some things in the house were inadequate like empty soap in bathroom shower and empty coffee container in kitchen. Emailed owner to a sk for extra time departing - 10:00 depart is unusual and too early, and never heard back. Also no recycling available. Cleaning and prep appears to have been rushed and incomplete. House was otherwise good and very nice quite neighborhood.

My family was in Eugene for my son's University of Oregon graduation. Micah's home is in a safe, quiet and central location that had plenty of room for my extended family of 9 and a pre-graduation brunch and meeting place. The kitchen has 2 ovens for anyone who likes to cook. The beds were comfortable. Micah was very responsive and accommodating of a late request to support my brother-in-law's dog when his kennel appointment fell through. I highly recommend!

Restful stay in a beautiful property

The property is very lovely and well maintained. All of the bedrooms were clean and spacious. The shared spaces were quite large and provide good places to gather. The neighborhood is quiet allowing for a rejuvenating stay.

Beautiful clean and conveniently located

Our overflow guests stayed here and it was even better than the pictures. You can relax in the garden paradise out back or in the seating areas inside. Quiet and clean and super central to Eugene, Autzen and Hayward Field. #GoDucks

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The space was clean, cozy and exactly as pictured, if not better. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to shopping and ice cream. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard on a beautiful sunny day. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Beautiful home!

Love the home! The home was very convenient to everything in Eugene and Oregon! We use the home as the home base to visit the Oregon Coast, Silver State Falls, Woodburn and other localities. This is a great home with all the amenities!

November in Eugene

This property was just what we needed for my son to begin convalescence after surgery. No stairs, beautiful back yard perfect for his dog and sitting in the evening, excellent quiet well maintained neighborhood in Cal Young district. This home was larger than we needed but met our other important needs. Can easily house a large family.

A beautiful visit to Eugene!

We came to Eugene for a long weekend and to see our Terps play the Ducks. This house was absolutely perfect for us. There were 7 adults that stayed comfortably in this space, we absolutely loved the layout of the house, everyone enjoyed their own sleeping quarters and the shared spaced was really nice! The home was centrally located near all the activities we planned, in a very friendly neighborhood. We loved the outdoor space, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. The colors were absolutely beautiful in early November.
