Large beach front property with a beautiful garden, 3200 square meters with 5 rooms. 3 are open when 10 guests (minimun) book the house; between 11-14 guests room 4 is opened and between 15-16 guests room 5 (full house) is opened. House capacity: 16 guests max.

The house also includes a house with two rooms for the living employees (not for rent) a parking space for 12 cars, Wi-fi, Smart TV's in each room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, two refrigerators, a dedicated freezer. And more!

Excellent Vacation with the Family

The property and facilities were excellent. The help from Mirna and her husband were great. Mirna cooked for us and did a wonderful job. The location with the ocean in and its beautiful sunsets was superb.

Family Stay 5 Days

The property is beautiful. My family and I spent 5 days relaxing on the hammocks and listening to the ocean waves. We love the open concept of the house and the many rooms it provides for a big family. We love Costa Del Sol and we would definitely stay again. The caretakers Christian and Mirna are very helpful and provided excellent service.

Amazing

The place was breathtaking beautiful and clean. The people taking care of the property were so sweet and kind. They kept the place very neat and mostly kept to themselves. There were two dogs they were the sweetest so well behaved and took care of the property. Overall, it was a great stay.

Loved it!

The property was very beautiful, clean and well taken care of. It was perfect for our big group of 16. The caretakers were super nice and helpful. Mirna was very attentive and cooked dinner on one of our nights there and she did amazing and did it with a smile. Let me not forget the host Gerardo, he was awesome as well, very responsive and even provided recommendations of places to go near by. Definitely will stay there again in the future

Fantastic Vacation

Came to El Salvador for the first time ever to visit my mother’s home town. This place we stayed was the perfect spot for us to explore the whole country because it was basically in between all of our activities! Very clean, very relaxing, and the family living on the property had been extremely helpful. If anyone were to ask for recommendations for living I’d definitely recommend this location! Five Stars in my books!

Paradise absolutely beautiful

We absolutely loved this home. Mirna and Cristian are wonderful very attentive to all our needs. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond for our family. The home is absolutely beautiful and relaxing with enough rooms and space for privacy.The kitchen is big and well equipped. The outdoor patio is a lovely. The beach is absolutely breathtaking can’t wait to book this place on our next visit.

This home is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The house is designed such that Pacific Ocean breezes cool the palm-shaded gardens and open style home. The House Manager was delightful and accommodating. We will most certainly be back!

Excellent place to go with family to enjoy the beach

We rented this property for a full week and loved every minute of it! It was well taken care of and the care takers were extremely helpful. The beach felt like a private beach that we had all to ourselves. The pool was a great size and had a nice jacuzzi included. All of the rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and smart televisions. We would book this place again in a heartbeat. Irene was very prompt with responding to our questions and was a pleasure to communicate with.

Our group consisted of 9 guests. 3 bedrooms were opened in themain house. If youre group is bigger,additional rooms wouldbe made avail. Theproprty is lush,tropical & green. Love the house

Everything was so nice the house was beautiful and we enjoyed the time that we spend in there bad part was we got accuse that we took some bedsheets which I would never do something like that and They was charging me $100 for the bedsheets the house Is beautiful but to be accused for something that We never took I will never book this house again.

After Ana left I immediately contacted her to ask if she had taken the bedsheets by mistake. We've had guests take pillows, remote controls, and other things accidentally, and we have contacted them to retrieve them. After spending days asking Ana if she had taken the bedsheets by accident and not getting a single response, I charged her the security deposit. It was only after that got accepted that she finally answered. We've never had this experience with any other guest and we hope no one does too.

Amazing!

The property is well-kept, boasting all the amenities necessary for a relaxing beach getaway. Communication with the host was excellent, and the caretakers were attentive and kind, always ready to assist. Nearby restaurants and stores added convenience to our stay, and the beach in this area of El Salvador is simply stunning. The only drawback I can think of is related to the booking app rather than the property or host themselves. The property is not within the map’s buffer. However, the host promptly provided us with the exact location and address, ensuring we found the property without any issues.

Coastal Retreat

Great house on the beach. We spent 6 nights here and were very comfortable, 11 of us. There is plenty to do around if you can find the places and restaurants which tent to be hidden or not very well marked. Tortuga Village is very nice that is really close by. We also went to Mar y Sol, another great restaurant were we rented a boat, all of us that took us around the estuary and sand banks were we swam. This place is just a few kilometer from the house, towards La Puntilla. Overall, we had a great time at the house. The two care takers that live in the property simply made our trip even better. Myrna cooked for us and she is an excellent cook. Christian also kept things nice and clean for us and even set up a bonfire on the sand.

Super happy with our stay.

The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of seating spaces and great seating areas. We were able to spread out throughout the different areas. The rooms were spacious, and all had A/C and tv but bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Mirna and Christian we fantastic, super attentive and helpful. They guided when we had questions even set up a bonfire for us the last night at our request on the beach. They kept the grounds and house in great shape. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, Enough to prepare a good meal. Plenty of space to spread out in there. Overall great and would definitely rent again.

Great vacation stay, relaxing

The beach house was comfortable; the folks that are the care takers of the place were very pleasant; always asking you if you needed anything, you can get coconuts, fruit from around the area, and as long as you bring your own food and cook it there you are ok, the lady that is there can cook for you, they clean your room, if you need any clothing washed they will do it for a fee of course. The bathrooms may need to add shelving where to put your shampoo and soap inside the showers. Overall, very nice, no complaints about the house. Now the beach could use a little bit of cleaning; it was not bad, but you had empty bottles that probably washed up to the beach. it is not your all inclusive but you will enjoy to experience that way of life.

Great stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Costa del Sol house! The house accommodated our group of 10 so easily. The hang out areas were super comfy and the property is so beautiful with great sunsets! Mirna and Christian were so kind and willing to help with anything we asked for. We asked for a bonfire and for help with meals. Mirna was a great cook, we paid her extra and it was so well deserved! Just a few things to note for your stay- only luke warm water in the showers but it was totally fine! Bring your own wine cork screw as guests keep taking the one in the house. The owner was absolutely great to communicate with- so prompt! You will totally enjoy your stay here! We will definitely be back on our next trip to ES!

The beach house has been my family's property for years. My grandparents, parents, and my siblings and I have enjoyed and still enjoy the beach house a lot! It's a family-friendly house full of amenities; I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Unique things about the house:
- It's decoration! My mom is an interior designer and she remodeled the house. Everything including the small details such as the doors and lamps is beautifully designed and arranged.
- The pool has it's unique spa whirlpool where you can relax and refresh.
