Enjoy the commanding views from the back patio looking out over the scenic pond and golf course, or walk across the street to enjoy all of Dawson Park’s activities. This luxurious home boasts over 4,000 square feet of living space, a private detached “Casita”, fantastic outdoor living space, and a relaxing hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with heaters, gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the pond and Rope Rider Golf Course.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 3. The dining table is just steps away and expands to 8 comfortably.

The detached "Casita" is a great spot for a family with children or a couple that needs privacy. The Casita great room features a smart TV, full sleeper sofa, card table, and a kitchen. There is a private bedroom furnished with a queen bed, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The private bath has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large soaking tub, tile shower, and dual sinks.
* The guest bedroom on the main floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and has direct access to a bath w/shower directly across the hallway.
* The junior master on the second floor features two queen beds, smart TV, and a private bath.
* The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large bathroom with the bonus-bunk room.
* The bonus-bunk room boasts 3 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with XBox Live
* The private casita boasts a living room with a full sleeper sofa, and a private bedroom with a queen bed, twin daybed and a twin trundle.

(The owners of Park Place have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
