Beautiful cabin built by a local woods craftsman. Artistry is shown in the details of every room along with paintings from local artists. Enjoy the expansive fireplace which is the focal point of the living room. The extra large deck allows for playing many yard games while food is prepared on the large charcoal grill. Enjoy relaxing mornings with coffee in the hot tub, or a glass of wine at night, gazing at the beautiful stars that only shine this bright away from the lights of the city. Enjoy hikes on the property, a campfire, or travel to Story for wonderful meals, libations and entertainment. Great weekend get away to enjoy all things Brown County has to offer. Columbus and Bloomington are well within travel distance as well.

Cute little cabin; had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. It was great sitting in the hot tub at night listening to the frogs and owls. Very relaxing.

This cabin was just as listed. Clean, cozy and nice location. Pet accommodating with feeding bowls and tie outs. Hot tub was lovely as was the deck. The host responded quickly to a few questions. Would recommend this cabin.

Everything was great here! Perfect cabin for our two kids and our dog. Great location as well, with it being close to Nashville, Columbus and Brown County State Park. Owner was very quick and responsive when i had a question. Checking in and it was easy. Cabin had comfy beds, was overall very clean along with the hot tub being nice. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted the host for the first night of our stay letting her know that the cabin was not well cleaned. She immediately defended her cleaning company and said that she had been there days before and the cabin was in impeccable condition. She asked for me to send her pictures of the uncleanliness of the areas. I immediately sent 10 pictures clearly showing cobwebs, hair left behind in the bathroom by past renters, light fixtures with caked on dust and tv remotes with corroded batteries. She never responded to me after I sent the photos. While the cabin was fine for our 3 night stay, I would not choose to stay here in the future. The cabin, in general, needs some major TLC and upkeep.

Cobwebs on the entry door.
Corroded batteries in tv remote- did not work and no replacement batteries provided.

We appreciate you staying with us and did respond to your pictures. Unfortunately, the pictures do not reflect the situation you are describing. As I stated in my response to you, cleanliness and following regulations are our top priority. Our cleaning staff are excellent and only want the best experiences for guests. If there were corroded batteries in a remote and some dust on top of a light fixture, we sincerely apologize if that took away from the enjoyment of a woodland cabin getaway. We wish you the best in all your future travels.

Great cabin!

We had such a great time! The cabin was cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a major plus and we were close to great hiking.

Fantastic getaway in Brown County

We had a great time at this cabin—this was the first time we took our two dogs on vacation, and it worked out so well! Everyone enjoyed the cabin and the various amenities, and we also enjoyed time in Nashville and at the state park. I would definitely plan another trip to stay here in the future!

Nice cabin, could have been cleaner. Wish it had some kind of shade over the back deck. Inside the cabin is very cozy and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay with my grandkids. So many fun things to do at the cabin.

This place was everything we wanted and needed. The owner was great to work with and the cabin is far enough out that it’s nice and peaceful but close enough to town for those who want to shop. Would recommend this cabin to anybody who like the outdoors

We loved staying here! It was a great getaway and loved playing games with the kids. It was very cozy. We weren't sure what to do with trash so we just tied it up, but other than that it was an absolutely wonderful place perfect for families!

Brown County Visit

The cabin was as desctand very cozy. We visited Nashville, Brown County State Park, Bloomington and Parke County covered bridges on the way home.
