Our host was so responsive, I really appreciated that. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. So many places to gather and spread out , all of which showed the beautiful view of the lake.

Great property! We loved sitting on the big porch for sunrise and sunsets. Amazing views of the lake. The pickleball court and other games were a huge hit with the kids. Smooth check-in and check-out, and a very responsive host/owner. I would return to this property again for another family gathering. And now I know why they call Bear Lake the Caribbean of the Rockies.

Was a great home to have our 3 night family reunion. We wished we had booked a longer stay. There were plenty of beds for sleeping and seating for meals. The toys in the bonus room were a huge hit for the littles. Ping pong, air hockey, and pickleball were a hit for all ages. The views from the deck were amazing. Would 100% recommend and would book again.

All 5 stars, in every way. Super communication response time when I had a question. The house is beautiful, amazing views and peaceful. Everything we needed was there. The house is very well equipped and the hosts are great.

This was a very well stocked home. Everything from bottle openers to iphone chargers at the bedside. That was really appreciated. Communication with host was excellent and the availability of games for the grandchildren was excellent. Loved the space ! Hope to come back again.

There was more to do than we anticipated. Which turned out great when we had a couple of rainy evenings and the grandkids had a lot to play with: Pickleball, pingpong (bring your own paddles and balls), video game system, air hockey. Lots of toys for the youngest. There was a great view of the lake especially at sunset.We used some of the SUP to go with our own. Everyone had a blast at the lake using them. We went to 2 different beaches that were close by and it was perfect. The host was great and brought extra hand soap as we were running out.

Great Family Reunion Place!

This was such a fun place to stay! The kids loved the playground and all of the yard games. The view is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect amount of space for our family reunion!

it was easy to find and a beautiful home. it was stocked with lots of supplies in the kitchen. Toy room, paddle boards, bikes, play set on a large grassy back yard. the views of the lake were fantastic.

Wonderful Winter Vacation

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. We had a group of 16 and it accommodated everyone perfectly. As for the scenery, all I can say is they were breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

We have stayed at this location before in our family has loved it. It has so much to do with the Pickleball court playground, fire pit, and large porch reviewing the lake. The owners are great and get back promptly. Will stay there again.

What A Place!

This is an incredible place! The management is super responsive and provides everything you will need ever need. The home is just beautiful and has so many good sleeping and gathering spaces! We will definitely return with our large family group.

Perfect weekend for our group of 23

Perfect location, perfect accommodations. Amy went out of her way to make sure we had enough space for everyone when an issue arised. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend and the place was beautiful. Everyone in my group wants to book again for next year.

It was an amazing property and exactly what we needed for our family reunion. The proximity to Bear Lake was perfect, the property and land was exactly what we needed to run all of our games. The playground on property was perfect and we made good use of the pickleball court daily. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Home for Our Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have found a better place for our family reunion. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. With multiple comfortable bedrooms, everyone from the grandparents to the kids had a place to relax.The kids loved the playground and had a blast running around the spacious yard with a gorgeous view of Bear Lake. The property truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for any group looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!
