The Space:

Completely renovated 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo in Sea Oats that sleeps 8 with a king in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and bunk beds in the living room.



Just imagine walking into this spacious condo with views out to the Gulf of Mexico and knowing that you’ll be able to relax, unwind and enjoy this space for your vacation. That’s Saltwater Gospel, our Sea Oats condo, unit C105. Saltwater Gospel has been renovated in January 2024 and is better than ever. The condo has new appliances, granite, balcony furniture, and much more. It’s absolutely beautiful and will be the perfect spot for some family time. You may never want to leave.



Come enjoy all the beauty and fun that Gulf Shores has to offer! Sea Oats is far enough down West Beach Boulevard that you'll have wonderful peace and quiet but are also just 3 miles to the heart of Gulf Shores. What's more, your condo has deeded beach access across the residential 2-lane road and is just steps to our famous white sand beaches. Sea Oats also sits directly on Little Lagoon if you want to go fishing, crabbing or take your kayak out on the water.

Interior Appointments: Four smart TVs, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped updated kitchen with new appliances (January 2024), and Wi-Fi. Beds and baths are outfitted with high-end cotton linens.

Great beach getaway

We enjoyed the location of our space , close to the beach …. Spring break time and it wasn’t crazy busy which we enjoyed! Will definitely visit again !!

Great but chilly stay!

Rental unit was great. Recently remodeled. Fantastic view of the beach and surf from the patio deck. Was a great stay.Unfortunately both hot tubs in the complex were not in operation. I did find the provided charcoal grills however they were only available just off the lagoon dock about 1/4 mile from the 10 plex building my rental was in. Any food grilled would be cold on arrival by walking back to my unit from the grills. Was a great stay!

Would rent again

Nice, clean, well furnished condo. Quiet area of “strip” with just homes and condos. Easy access to beautiful beach. Wide beach and sandbar extends well into the Gulf so younger kids can enjoy the water. Only thing that could have been better is the outdoor furniture on balcony. Great communication from rental company.

Saltwater Gospel

The location was great for those that want to relax and the view was amazing. The unit was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, bakeware and dishes. Loved the knives and pans. Property management was very easy to get in touch with and responded to the one need we had quickly. I would recommend replacing the center window looking out dining/living area. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Best condo on the Gulf!!

We LOVED this condo!! We go to the Gulf Coast several times a year with family and friends and this has been the best condo on the Alabama Gulf Coast we have stayed at. Although, it was right across the street from beach , it was a closer walk than anywhere on the beach we have stayed before. It was perfectly located across the beach access and within 25 yards we were kicked back on the beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and big enough for us and our 3 married adult kids. SO MUCH ROOM! The beds were A+, we dug around trying to find the name of the company they were so comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and the quietness of the residential area this condo is in. Parking was excellent. Needless to say, this condo will be our first place to check for any future visits and for any recommendations to our friends. I cannot tell you enough how lucky we were to find this gem.

Pros/cons

Great location and provide adequate space for family of 5, located on the 1st floor and had a direct view of beach for elder parents who could not stay out in the extreme 95+ heat. Majority of condo clean but arrived to sandy floors as if we had already been to the beach. Low water pressure, kitchen stove only baked on 350, refrigerator doors keep opening making it hard to keep food, deck chairs sat low, dishwasher did not work and they wanted to replace during our stay (would not have been bad if they did not want us out of the condo for 4 hrs), and wanted to exterminate while we were eating breakfast. Again, although there were a few hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay but honestly this was our 5yr staying at Sea Oats and this was a little higher cost then other units in better condition. Oh yes! The washer and dryer fee is CRAZY! Why?!?

During peak season, sometimes there's only a small window to address concerns; unfortunately, those were not completed before you arrived. However, we have replaced both the dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as repair the stove. This rental unit has a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit for no additional cost. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host a future vacation.

Maintenance issues

Shower curtain and rod fell on daughter. Maintenance didn't replace. Fell many more times. Ice and water in fridge did not work. Dishwasher didnt work. Maintenance said need replaced. Spare bed was uncomfortable. Was going ro flip mattress and discovered slats in box springs completely broken. Maintenance put plywood between mattress and box springs Window in bedroom leaked so much, maintenance rung curtains out and left extra towels to keep water from running under dresser.

Vacation at Gulf Shores

We enjoyed our time down at the beach. We also went to the zoo and we visited the alligator alley. We also went hiking and enjoyed the food.

Great stay that could be improved in a couple small ways

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. The condo was nicely renovated except for the sliding doors, which could really use some work. We had trouble finding the main entry door, which is not labeled, but entry to the condo worked great. We would have appreciated knowing details about when the pool would be open for the season (it was not). Also, while Alabama Vacation Rentals lists this in their fine print section, I think it's helpful for renters to know they only provide one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom(!), one laundry pack, and one dishwasher pack. We've stayed in several rentals over the years and found this to be the least generous policy. I'd suggest they consider changing their policy, as renters don't want to be running to the store for toilet paper. The location was great - a little quieter at this part of the beach, and we had a partial view of the waves.

We would also like to apologize for the balcony doors, as we have had those replaced with a new beautiful set that opens up to the stunning views. We offer a starter kit of supplies as most rental companies in the area do the same; however, we thank you for your great suggestion.
