Ceci est une unitĂ© au dernier Ă©tage (ce qui signifie trĂšs calme, personne au-dessus de vous). Coin sud-est avec fenĂȘtres dans les deux chambres, cuisine et salon. Grand soleil du matin. Le balcon, avec table et chaises de patio, est un endroit idĂ©al pour se coucher et regarder le lever du soleil, les dauphins dans le golfe et un magnifique coucher de soleil. Vue complĂšte sur la plage, Ă  l'est et Ă  l'ouest. SituĂ© juste Ă  l'ouest du Gulf State Park, ce qui signifie que les plages ne sont jamais bondĂ©es. Un espace de stationnement couvert est avec cette unitĂ©. Pas de chargement ni de dĂ©chargement sous la pluie! Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen, les deux ont une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Lits superposĂ©s et canapĂ©-lit queen et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 40 '. Nous fournissons quelques chaises de plage. Super endroit pour s'Ă©vader et se dĂ©tendre.

Property is need of an update. Host was great to rent from and the property was clean. Location was great and the view was spectacular. Electrical outlets in the MBR would not hold a plug in.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed to make our week enjoyable. We did not have any issues. We loved the condo, all the amenities, and the lay out of the condo. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect location, loved end unit and owner was very responsive. Condo needs some updates and suggest better cleaning service - trash found in bed, bed not made, food on kitchen floor and mold on bathroom ceiling.

Great View

Amazing stay! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! It was so accommodating to our big family and easy access to the beach! The host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! I would book here next year! We had an amazing time! Close to all restaurants and shops!

1st visit to Gulf Shores

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw dolphins daily! Pelicans flew by daily and the Blue Angels even flew by once. The condo was a few steps from the beach which was very convenient. The condo unit was large with comfortable, updated furniture. There are charcoal grills available near the pool. The owner was easy to reach and responsive to questions/concerns. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beach wedding and a music festival

The location was perfect for us. My husband and adult kids and a friend who drove up from Florida stayed. The beds and sleep set up worked great for us. Beautiful view off the patio. Full kitchen was convenient.

One Month Stay

We absolutely loved this place! Had everything we needed, bunks were great for the week our 11 and 6 year old grandson’s were with us and the view and beach location are spectacular! Plenty of room for four adults only or four adults with three children. Owner was always responsive. We had an issue with the DVD player that didn’t work when we first got there. Owner sent us a new one that came three days later! We will definitely be back!

Fall 2023 Trip

The pictures are exactly like the condo. It was very clean and very well equipped. Probably one of the best equipped we’ve stayed at in our many visits to GS. The views were as promised. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive to my many pre-trip questions and were a delight to work with. Would highly recommend.

Vacation

The property was exactly like shown; a beautiful top floor condo overlooking the beach. It was clean and very cool, but the wifi wasn't great. The condo is right by the stairwell and the trash shoot, so you will hear those often. There was someone on sight cleaning the property and pool often. Overall we had an awesome stay. Would book again!

Great on the water spot for a lovely stay!

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful views and not a lot of noise from surrounding area (just the crashing waves!) Only complaint was that the beds were hard, but if you like firm beds I don't think it would be a problem! Really wonderful family time and can't wait to come back to gulf shores!

Granddaughter’s first trip to the beach

Great location in Gulf Shores. Took our 15 month old granddaughter on her first trip to the beach. Main bedroom is far enough away from the living area which enabled our granddaughter to take a nap or go to bed and the rest of us could easily watch tv or play games. A well stocked beach closet has everything you need for a day at the beach. Tim is great to work with and handled an issue with the AC quickly and generously. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Our First Trip to Gulf Shores

The condo had everything we needed for a great, weeklong family getaway. It's on a beautiful section of the beach, and the kids enjoyed hours of playing in the sand and surf. The direct beach access made for a short trip if we needed to restock any drinks or snacks. The bunk bed was a big hit for the kids too. The kitchen was well equipped, and there's an excellent view from the balcony. Thanks for a great trip.

Great place with great owners!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were really nice and pretty much answered any questions without me even needing to ask them. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. The condo was nice and met all of our basic needs. Our daughter loved the pool and we loved the short distance we had to go to get to the beach. We also loved getting to sit on the balcony to relax and see the beach, as well as the pool. Everything was secure. We enjoyed the building not being one of the bigger ones because it felt more private while we were in the pool. Many times we had it to ourselves. We would definitely rent from these owners again.

Spring get away!

The condo at Clearwater condos was in a great location- not in the middle of things- but less crowded and perfect for us. The condo had plenty of room and everything you could need. Kitchen had everything you might need if you wanted to cook and the coffee pot was fast. A plus for us! Lol. A relaxing vacation. The one thing to be aware of is that there is construction going on at several places. The noise really didn’t bother us too much, and things have to be fixed, so you deal with it.
